John Schnatter, owner of pizza empire Papa John’s, has quite the real estate collection. It seems he’s ready to unload some of it, at the very least, listing two penthouse condos in the St. Regis Deer Valley Residences for a total of $30,500,000.
Schnatter started his business in the early 1980s, with Papa Johns still growing as a multi-million empire. He purchased the two properties for $12.5M and $17.9M as an investment, one offering 5,000+ square feet and the other 6,800 square feet.
Between the two properties, amenities include an open concept kitchen, premium appliances, a library nook, a roomy master suite, mountain and ski slope views, a spa and an outdoor fireplace.
