Whether you’ve decided to settle, sell, or invest in Central Texas real estate, you deserve a level of service that only an expert can provide. As a licensed agent and experienced mortgage industry professional with more than 25 years of experience, I will help you navigate the complex Central Texas market and accomplish your goals. I very much appreciate my partnership and affiliation with Tarek El Moussa from HGTV. We have formed The Agentcy brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. We have created a team of experts; seasoned and successful men and women to help guide you through the purchase or sale of one of your largest assets.

As my client, you will benefit from all of the attention and guidance you’d hope for during such a personal endeavor along with my thoughtful and proven business model. My keen intuition on what motivates people to buy/ sell, combined with strong negotiation strategies continues to produce happy clients, repeat business, and plenty of referrals.

Before transitioning to real estate, I founded Austin Mortgage Associates in 2000. As CEO of the company, I personally originated and funded over $550 million dollars in residential mortgages comprised of Conventional, FHA, VA, and construction loans. Over the course of two decades in the industry, I brought all types of transactions to closing—everything from simple residential home sales to highly challenging business investments.

In addition to my mortgage and real estate industry experience, I excelled in the automotive industry for many years as managing partner and general manager of the #1 FIAT/Alfa Romeo dealership in the U.S. This work along with my continued interest in the art of negotiation and deal-making inspired me to publish two books, Crushing Mediocrity (co-authored with Rene Banglesdorf) and Car Buying, Her Way. I have been a contributor to Fox Business, CCTV, and MSNBC. And my story has been featured in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, Marie Claire as well as other media. When I’m not attending to the needs of my clients, I speak at events and conferences all over the world.

In my personal life, I give back in any way I can to the Central Texas community where I raised two children and ran two successful businesses. Currently, I am on the Austin Women Council of Realtors Board, previously I served as Chairwomen for the American Heart Association Central TX Go Red & WILCO YMCA Board.

Also recognized as a Girl Scout Central Texas Woman of Distinction, Austin Business Journal Profiles in Power Recipient, & Northwood University Outstanding Business Leader.
