Luxury living in Miami is about to reach new heights. High atop CMC Group’s Brickell Flatiron condominium, a 64-story luxury tower under construction in the heart of Downtown Miami, a limited collection of penthouses have been released for sale.
Brickell Flatiron’s newly-unveiled Penthouse Collection, located on floors 50 through 64, include expansive single-story residences, as well as two-story duplex and three-story triplex upper penthouses. With layouts measuring up to nearly 6,500 square feet in size, residences will include 10- to 11-foot-high ceilings, premium finishes and fixtures, and panoramic views of the Miami skyline and Biscayne Bay. Two triplex penthouses will feature private terraces with rooftop pools, summer kitchens and changing rooms, as well as private elevator vestibules within each unit providing access to all three levels.
Penthouse residences are priced from about $1 million to $2.5 million, with upper penthouse duplex and triplex residences priced from $6 million to $15.5 million. Approximately 60 percent of the development’s 549 units have already been sold and are under hard contract, with a total sales volume in excess of $300 million. With its prominent position at the epicenter of the Brickell Financial District, the over 700-foot-high building will become one of the tallest residential towers in the U.S. upon its completion in 2019.
In addition to offering an unmatched quality of amenities and finishes, the penthouse residences are designed for maximum functionality. Upgraded kitchens feature Snaidero motorized cabinetry with customizable cabinet colors, Miele under-counter wine coolers, and integrated appliances. Bosch laundry room appliances incorporate anti-vibration and noise-suppression technology. Energy-efficient, impact-resistant floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors are designed to withstand hurricane-force winds. Every penthouse unit is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology systems, including a private wireless network and a secure smart-lock system.
Acclaimed Miami architect, Luis Revuelta, creates a one-of-a-kind architectural environment that combines the tower’s distinct flatiron shape with flowing, curvilinear forms. On the inside, Italian design architect Massimo Iosa Ghini uses inspiration from Brickell Flatiron’s curved façade to outline the building’s sleek amenity spaces, creating a seamless transition from exterior to interior.
Crowning the penthouse floors, Brickell Flatiron’s 64th-floor rooftop amenity paradise will encompass a Sky Spa, Sky Pool, and Sky Gym, with 360-degree panoramic views of the bay and downtown Miami’s glimmering cityscape. Residents will have access to a host of therapeutic services and other offerings including private steam, sauna, and locker facilities, as well as a 6,300-square-foot, state-of-the-art fitness center with Pilates, yoga, and aerobics studios.
Additional features include a resort-style lap pool and children’s pool on the 18th floor, a private movie theater with stadium seating, a billiards and cigar room, a wine cellar, a 24-hour concierge and parking valet, an on-site vehicle washing and detailing, and electric car-charging stations.
