Architect Craig Steely’s trademark is his unique perspective on Hawaii living. We’re not just talking about his unique designs, either. Steely builds many of his modern luxury homes on cooled lava from volcano Kilauea’s massive eruption in 1955, allowing residents to enjoy beautiful views and unique surrounding terrain.
Steely crafted his first Hawaii lava home in the late ‘90s, and he was able to really exercise his creative talents by experimenting with functional modern architecture that plays upon its natural (and in this case, unique) surroundings.
