Eilyn Cueto: "People are dedicating more time to review and move forward with a project in a more personal way, which has allowed us to gain more projects. Some that were on hold now have been pushed forward because people have seen the importance of having a space that they love."

Katie Gutierrez: "People are starting to see how their home really affects their psyche, mood, and overall well-being. I believe that is the trend: interior design is wellness."

Having a huge presence in social media and marketing is going to make a difference... With rates where they are now, banks are going to be more careful on who they lend to and how they qualify people."
