Not only is there a perfectly cooked Thanksgiving feast, but you can also enjoy music, activities for kids and lots of other fun holiday-themed surprises each year. Do you see many people moving to Key Biscayne this time of year compared to other seasons?

While the Summer months are usually the quietest time of the year, there are ample opportunities to take advantage of. For investors looking to capitalize on the sellers’ market during the offseason, now is the perfect time to buy.

Is there an area in Key Biscayne where buyers prefer to live? Why?

The island is just a short drive south of Miami Beach making it an easily accessible neighborhood tucked away from the beating heart of the city. For many residents, a view of the ocean is essential and since there are many condos and waterfront properties located along Harbor Drive, this is often one of the most sought-after areas.

What makes Key Biscayne unique compared to other surrounding cities?

Key Biscayne is a unique market as it is smaller in comparison to surrounding cities. Being one of the wealthier, more luxurious neighborhoods of Miami, the city is an ideal market for real estate investors the surrounding land is in limited supply.
