Miami is about to get hotter: the luxurious NoMad Hotel chain, owned by Sydell Group, has just announced its foray into the residential market with the upcoming NoMad Residences Wynwood. Set to be located in Miami’s iconic Wynwood neighborhood, the development of the project will be headed by the Miami-based Related Group and the Manhattan-based developer Tricap.

NoMad Residences Wynwood is bringing this unique hospitality that has become synonymous with the NoMad Hotel brand to a residential experience. To deliver on this, the condominium will include a breathtaking rooftop restaurant and bar that will feature exciting, world-class dishes and signature drinks providing a dining experience a floor above the rest.
