Sean Michael Leonard Anderson, more notably recognized as Grammy nominated rapper Big Sean, has recently bid farewell to his Los Angeles residence. The property located in the exclusive Mulholland Estates gated community was officially sold two months ago at the whopping price of $11 million. Now, the American musician is making news with yet another real estate transaction but this time, as a buyer. Anderson has recently purchased a newfound residence in the guard-gated enclave of Encino, California for $8.1 million. The property was originally listed in May for $10 million but was ultimately sold to Anderson at a nearly $2 million discount. Reportedly, this space is slightly smaller than his previous abode but is a Chateau style mansion with elegant touches of French Normandy-style.

Built in 2005, Anderson’s lavish Encino mansion was completely renovated four years ago. Sitting on almost half an acre of lush land, the residence spans more than 10,000 square feet with six bedrooms and nine baths.
