<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Highlight quotes:</strong></span></p>
<p>Dan Hechtkopf: "Before the pandemic, I think we were very close to the bottom of the market, and that was the condo market, the housing market, you name it. I saw it eventually going up, but then Covid hit, just dead stop for several months there, and then every house got gobbled up. I mean you can't get anything brand new on the market under the $5 million mark, even $5-10 million it's just ridiculous right now. Then what happened was the condos became such a good deal, and all of a sudden, those are getting gobbled up, especially in areas like South of fifth, Sunset Harbor. There's no inventory in all the good areas. Whether it's a single-family home or condo right now, it's just on fire. I listed something literally a week ago in South of Fifth, and it was under contract in three days. Buyers have to be flexible; they have to understand that there are other areas out there other than Venetian, Palm, and Hibiscus Island."</p>
<p>Anne-Britt Østlund: "Telluride is unique. We're not easy to get to, we are not 15 minutes from anywhere. You feel like you're in the mountains. You've got to want it, and once they're here, most people don't want to leave. It is absolutely iconic... Arizona is huge, for us. We get what I call seasonal residents who come up to escape the heat, and then Florida is another one. All of a sudden, California is probably our biggest source. I would say that my business is shifting a lot from second homeowners to people who are trying to move here full-time... I call myself a lifestyle real estate agent, and one of the things I offer my clients is a very intimate knowledge of what it's like to live here. I can help them understand where they fit in best. Boost on the ground, if you will. I find that more valuable than anything they can find on the Internet."</p>
<p>Daniel Tzinker: "As of months ago, I have people from Boca Raton, Golden Beach, and other communities of homes that are looking for condos because somebody from the Northeast knocked on their door and gave them an offer they couldn't refuse, a ridiculous amount of money, and they forced themselves to downgrade for a condo... The inventory is gone, and if you are a dealmaker, you're not going to be sitting and waiting for a year or two until the inventory replenishes because people want to transact today. You go recreate yourself and bring opportunities from other neighborhoods. You have to create a new script... I think business will shift, especially on the homes in this high-demand market...</p>
<p>Magnus Jennemyr: "Coconut Grove is known to have some of the best schools in the country. On the inventory, we have no single-family homes left... The main inventory we have is off-market. The condo market is Coconut Grove is low density compared to Brickell, Downtown, and Miami Beach... Taxes in New York and California [being what they are], it is a no-brainer that people would come down here. All the buildings that are coming up, they've seen three-quarters of a billion dollars in say sales in the first quarter. It's across every asset class and price point. You have to show your expertise. You have to be a proverbial expert and concierge to the buyer for everything. Where will they put their kids in school? Where do they fit in? What is their profession? You can't just know about real estate. You have to know everything surrounding it."</p>

<p>Mark Peterson: "We are about an hour and a half to two hours south of the Bay Area of San Francisco we have always been a resort or 2nd home community; 40% of our transactions involve 2nd homes. We have buyers from New York, Florida and different areas of California. We have an inventory squeeze right now. While there are certainly homes on the market for sale, buyers can't quite find exactly what they want for that price, so we really look to work with our buyers to figure out what are their priorities. It is a great market to buy right now from a macroeconomic perspective... Our area is dependent on hospitality, an industry that is hurting right now but is talking about Spring and reopening. It's actually going to be probably a good thing that people see, 'Well, this is a community that's really concerned and really good about safety'... The infrastructure, the education, the great weather year-round, the natural beauty, and the amount of space will make the Bay Area and surrounding communities always be in demand."</p>
<p>Alvaro Nuñez: "The <span class="highlight">market in Miami</span> has been spectacular; we've been one of the lucky destinations. It's becoming the most desirable place, if not one of the top places, to be, and we've seen a huge demand of people coming down not just to rent but to buy, so the demand obviously has been increasing. What at the beginning of the pandemic seemed to be a huge demand for single-family homes, now we're starting to see transitioning to higher demand for condos, and this is a good thing because when it comes to the inventory, we were seeing a little bit of difficulty... Everybody wants to have a great lifestyle. Celebrities want to be in the scene. Those that don't want to be in the scene, still want to be in a place where they can enjoy the lifestyle. Miami is open, right here right now is where [and when] everything is moving."</p>
<p>Leslie S. Modell: "People are getting vaccinated and it's bringing the buyers back to the City. Me personally, I've had an extremely <span class="highlight">active</span> first quarter in New York. I'm seeing buyers from all markets, from $3 million and under with first-time homeowners trying to get into this really opportunistic buying that we're in right now in New York, and then the higher levels over $4 million are doing very well as well... People tend to like to buy when everyone else is buying; it gives a feeling of comfort, but that's not when to buy. [That time] is now, when the prices are low and they are definitely moving up... New York is getting back into its groove. We're going to get the vaccine; the restaurants will be opening; we're hitting the Spring market; interest rates are very low and will probably stay low for some time. I've been very successful getting buyers off the sidelines and getting very good pricing for my sellers."</p>

It has become a vibrant community full of young families and millennials.  We are experiencing a huge surge in demand, especially from New York and California buyers. Condo sales have increased YTD 25% compared to the overall volume in the same time period for 2019. <p>"For 2021, Fisher Island is going to take a very dynamic upturn in sales and prices. The reason for that is because we've had a huge influx of northeasterners that have descended here, wanting to get out of the cities because of Covid and the winter months. We are seeing much more activity of new renters and new buyers. The excitement lies in these renters that have come to rent here for the high season to experience everything that Fisher Island has to offer, which is an incredible lifestyle, sea breeze, and exclusivity. <p>Alvaro Nuñez Alfaro: "Everybody has been working very hard through this year to put all the tools in place to continue working in this business... People feel the trust and confidence of working with experts... Right now, everyone is finding a bigger purpose. Real estate is about enhancing people's lives... When it comes to what platforms we use, right now is the time to try out anything related to digital... Put your face out there. Beautiful videos [of properties] are nice, but people will relate to you. Build your personal brand.</p>
<p>Joel Schemmel: "We are seeing even more demand. Inventory challenges are going to slow us down to a certain extent... In Sarasota, we are comparatively undervalued to other markets in Florida. People are discovering that. They are coming from New York, California, Naples, and other Florida places... During the third quarter of this year, the pending sales compared to the same period last year were up 400% in the $2-4 million range... The market is very engaged. Things move quickly. Focus and understand the market, the value your buyers and sellers are trying to achieve...</p>
<p>Connie Huergo: "Interest rates are extremely low. That has really made an incentive for people that were on the fence. They have decided to make an early retirement. Our city of Delray is full of restaurants, beaches, and a lot of places to go...  We have had to be very creative and I love that, getting out of the traditional and do FaceTime presentations, 3-D... Delray Beach attracts the northeastern [audience]. When they see the prices here, it's an easy decision to make... We have to make sure to work with the right tools and surround ourselves with the proper people that can help us close in time."</p>
<p>Pierre-Marc Bellion: "People are moving out of the city. It's not just about getting out of the urban cities; it's about getting a new perspective... A year ago, a Zoom meeting was an exotic thing. It took us five weeks to get used to it and now it's how we do business... We sell the lifestyle, but you do better when you can share with people and they can tell that you are connected to your environment... On the personal and business level, with the pandemic, it's good to regroup and dig your roots deeper into the community. Go back to talking to people around you to get new listings."</p>

<p><b>What has been the main mission of SLG since its inception?</b></p>
<p>Besides helping the affluent to buy and sell high-end properties in key destinations such as Miami, our goal is to build and bring value to our community.</p>
<p>When we started Super Luxury Group, we made sure to not only find a group of individuals who have experience working in luxury real estate, but that also are like-minded individuals who wanted to join a community that emphasized teamwork and giving back.</p>

<p><b>In a real estate market as competitive as the one you have in South Florida, how do your clients see you standing out from the pack?</b></p>
<p>By combining Tzinker’s 10-year streak of record-breaking deals with Nuñez’s background in luxury properties and high-end experiences, we are able to leverage our respective assets to not only bring our clients the most coveted homes and locations on the market, but to go a step further by connecting them with additional luxury lifestyle components.</p>
<p><b>Alvaro: </b>Our emphasis on going above and beyond is due to the fact that we are hyper-focused on lifestyle-matching, rather than simple home-matching, like others in the market. Much like in dating, we “match” a buyer’s lifestyle with a property that reflects and caters to their personal needs.</p>
<p><b>Daniel:</b> We do whatever it takes, and beyond, to get the deal done. Whether the client is looking for a new home in Miami, or to sell/rent its current home, we specialize in putting our connections and negotiating skills in place to find the best outcome for the client. I personally think I am better at working with buyers and finding/negotiating the best deals for them. On the other hand, Alvaro brings a lot of his marketing background and social media experience that allows us to be very competitive when it comes to advertising luxury homes and making them stand out in the market.</p>
<p>Besides that, the client can count on our team to take them through every step of the journey. From the lawyer who handles contracts that benefit the client, to the accountant who can structure the deal in the most beneficial way from a tax standpoint.</p>

<p><b>What international markets does SLG service?</b></p>
<p>We mainly work with high-end properties that start at the $5M+ price point in areas such as Miami, but also offer similar services in jet-set locations such as Ibiza, South France, Mykonos, and St. Barths, among others.</p>
<p>Therefore, we are constantly collaborating with a broad international network of ambassadors (top brokers in London, Monaco, Moscow, etc.) and clients that are usually very successful business entrepreneurs. It’s definitely a unique audience that requires a very personal and special approach, and that is why we focus on a continuous hands-on approach in this specific market—we always aim to over-deliver because this type of clientele expects only the best.</p>
<p><b>How has your business model evolved in the year that has been 2020 so far?</b></p>
<p>We have been adjusting to the challenges COVID-19 has brought to all of us. This has definitely been a year to get all together and help each other to create a stronger community.</p>
<p>Besides that, and with the help of all the new technology available and intelligent lifestyle-based marketing, we have been promoting our properties as well as positioning ourselves among our niche market. Overall, a year of building stronger relationships, brand market share, and a deeper purpose in what we do every day.</p>
