According to Curbed, the Woolworth Mansion has returned to the high-end luxury real estate market with an asking price of $90 million. The property is currently owned by exercise mogul Lucille Roberts, who purchased the home in 1995 for $6 million, and is being represented by broker Paula Del Nunzio.

Located at 4 East 80th Street, the neo-French Renaissance style townhouse briefly left the market last month when the owners exclusively sought renters for $150,000 a month (a deal in comparison to the original $210,000 a month rental asking price).

The Upper East Side 35-foot-wide townhouse--which was built in 1916 by shopping magnate Frank Woolworth to resemble his downtown skyscraper--includes a 50-seat dining room attached to a solarium, a wood-paneled library, a wet bar, and a powder room. Additionally, the townhouse boasts a limestone facade, 10 bedrooms, 11.5 bathrooms, and 3 kitchens and a master suite that has two sitting rooms and two full baths.
