We head down south to Miami Beach for an outdoor tennis experience—after all, it's the sunshine state. At Arte Surfside, a collection of 16 luxury condominiums in Surfside, residents can practice their forehand, backhand, spin, and lobs on the rooftop tennis court. The court crowns the ultra-luxury oceanfront development’s dedicated amenities building, which also boasts a spa, fitness center and billiards lounge.
