A few months after Stallone's $35.39 million purchase of a waterfront compound in Palm Beach, Florida, his longtime famous mansion was listed. The property itself is one of only a handful of homes offered at more than $100 million in Southern California. 

Originally purchased in the late 1990s for an unrecorded amount, the mansion spans 3.5 acres in North Beverly Park, one of the most exclusive enclaves within L.A. County. The Mediterranean-style property sits on a cul-de-sac at the end of a long private drive covering 21,000 square feet. It includes eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms with views of Rodeo Drive and beyond. 

The main level of Stallone’s incredible pad includes two powder rooms, a formal dining room, a massive kitchen, a breakfast room, and an office. He also ensured to include custom amenities such as a movie theatre, gym, and cigar room with an air-filtration system, an eight-car garage including an art studio, as well as a life-size Rocky Balboa statue that anchors the memorabilia room.  

Containing plenty of room for visitors, Stallone’s property also has a two-story, two-bedroom guesthouse with a kitchen, designed by celebrity architect Richard Landry. Outside offers a patio, infinity pool, and spa. Balconies and terraces overlook the scenic space from above.

The listing for Stallone’s Beverly Park mansion is held by Rick Hilton, Jeff Hyland, Barron N. Hilton, and Tessa Hilton of Hilton & Hyland.
