With two of three real estate deals secured in the past year, Kelly Clarkson has been busy purchasing and selling homes. She recently bid farewell to her Hendersonville, Tennessee residence for $6.3 million after four years on the market and multiple price cuts. She concurrently is still looking to part ways with her modern farmhouse in Encino, California at an asking price of almost $9 million. In 2012, Kelly Clarkson and her now estranged husband, Brandon Blackstock, purchased the home for $2.86 million.
