In 2014, Cruise first listed his extravagant Telluride estate on the market for a whopping $59 million. When the steep asking price failed to attract buyers, the home was taken off the market. Seven years later, Cruise successfully relisted and sold the property at $39.5 million in only two months. Throughout the years, the Colorado ranch has served as a distinguishable location in Cruise’s career as the backdrop for his Vanity Fair profile in 2006 and his Oprah interview in 2008. Reportedly, Cruise is no longer in use of this property as his primary residence which is the presumed reason for his listing. Lead agent, Eric Lavey, and co-listing agent, Dan Dockray, of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty represented this property.

Built in 1994, this 10,000-square-foot estate spans 320 acres of picturesque land. As the listing describes, this property is fit for a movie star as the epitome of “luxury meets legend” with its seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The luxurious ranch is surrounded by scenic mountain views while being “custom-built for privacy.” Beyond the gated entry, the home's interior is equipped with a top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen, fitness center, recreation room, office suite, fireplaces, terraces, and outdoor space. The property also features a spectacular three-bedroom guest lodge. Decorative elements include bleached cedar timbers and native stone. Comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica Seinfeld, have decided to part-ways with their Colorado estate, officially putting it on the market.

The couple purchased their home in 2007 for $7.55 million and have since doubled the asking price – listing the 27-acre home for $14.95 million. The home was also listed in 2011 but removed from the market when the couple decided they weren’t ready to sell it yet. Also listed is a four-bedroom guest house for $2.775 million, located on a 17-acre parcel.

The 12,300-square-foot estate is a modern farmhouse-style with 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and two half baths. Filled with wood and stone finishes, the property was designed to resemble a series of connected Western ranch structures.

The living room features wall-to-floor ceiling windows with views of the Wilson Range mountains, as well as a grand stone fireplace. The main property also has an updated kitchen with wooden countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. Adjacent from the kitchen are two dining areas, one nestled into a nook and the other considered a formal dining area between the living room and kitchen.

Other amenities within the home include a wood-paneled library with built-in bookshelves, a full gym, a yoga studio and a four-car garage. Outside are private trails and a nearby creek. The Telluride Ski Resort is also located 10 minutes away from the property.
