<p>The 28-story, 263-residence high-rise is the brainchild of the creative team of Metropica Development, LLC, in collaboration with globally acclaimed architect Chad Oppenheim and London-based interior designer YOO Design Group.</p>
<p>Joseph Kavana, CEO of Metropica Development, LLC, has announced that his team is fully prepared to begin closings of the move-in ready residences -- which can be handled in-person as well as virtually -- ensuring that Metropica buyers from across the globe will be able to finalize their purchases.</p>

<p>Metropica, one of the largest mixed-use communities under construction in the nation, is located within the South Florida City of Sunrise and is destined to transform the western corridor of Broward County. Approximately 70% of the 527 residences are owned by domestic end-users. The TCO being approved, this jewel in the heart of Brickell is ready to be occupied.</span></p>
