In November 2019, Bella and her sister, Gigi Hadid, had both purchased real estate properties in Manhattan. Bella purchased a renovated SoHo penthouse for $6.1 million. The six-story building dating back to 1877 was previously a silk showroom and was later converted into a residential co-op in 2016.

Many of the original industrial elements of the building remain such as the brick barrel-vaulted ceilings, dark metal columns, and exposed ductwork.

Hadid’s duplex spans 2,180 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The private rooftop deck offers an extra 779 square feet of space. Other features include imported Italian built-in closets, a glass-walled and temperature controlled 100-bottle wine room, custom lighting, and motorized blackout shades in the bedrooms.

The central room combines the kitchen, home office, and living and dining rooms. Hardwood flooring, modern light fixtures and built-in shelving are throughout the central room as well.

Adam Levine and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, have purchased an El Miraval estate in Montecito, CA for $22.7 million.

The Maroon 5 front-man and his supermodel wife are yet another celebrity couple to join the exclusive enclave that Montecito has to offer. The estate dates back almost a century and sits on 5.2 acres of property. The main households five of the property’s nine bedrooms, which includes a main suite with a private terrace.

The 12,000 square foot home has a Spanish Colonial villa-style, which is signature to architect George Washington Smith. Inside the home are massive living and dining spaces, with dark wood-beamed ceilings and Saltillo tile floors. There is also a chef’s kitchen with a huge center island, a movie theater and a wine cellar.

Outside has multiple covered and uncovered patio areas which is perfect for outdoor dining, as well as a putting green, tennis court and swimming pool. The property also includes a two-bedroom guesthouse, a one-bedroom garden cottage, and a detached five-car garage which also includes another guest bedroom.

This is not the only celebrity real estate movement in the high-end market of Montecito. Last year, singer Ariana Grande purchased a $6.8 million home from TV star Ellen DeGeneres in the area.
