EchelonSeaport Brings Luxury Resort Style Living To Boston’s Seaport District

The Seaport District in Boston is one of the most rapidly growing neighborhoods in the city. To capitalize on this haute area, EchelonSeaport will be introducing the largest luxury residential project to Boston when it opens shortly.

The highly anticipated development will bring luxury urban resort style residences (both condos and apartments), stunning indoor/outdoor amenity spaces, a public central courtyard and two levels of high-end retail to the Seaport District. (The condominiums here are branded by Regent Hotels as part of their Regent Collection).

Condo pricing here starts at $700,000 and will go up to more than $5M for three-bedroom penthouse homes. Interior design firm Jeffrey Beers International (hailed for designs including the Fontainebleau in Miami and is currently designing residential amenities for Rafael Vinoly’s 277 Fifth Avenue project in New York) chose EchelonSeaport as its inaugural residential project in Boston. Their design of the 60,000 sf of indoor/outdoor amenity spaces includes two outdoor pools with lush landscaping, sun decks, an indoor infinity edge relaxation pool, fitness center and two sky lounges. There are two underground garages on-site including one private garage dedicated solely to residents with valet service available.

This 3.5-acre, 1.33 million square-foot mixed-use development is the first “luxury destination lifestyle” concept being introduced to the Boston market. The project encompasses three luxury residential towers atop two floors of street-level retail with 60,000+ square feet of indoor and outdoor private residential amenities.

There has been an on-site Sales & Experience Center located on the property for prospective buyers that offers an interactive 3-D map of Boston showcasing points of interest, a video that illustrates the mix of restaurants, entertainment and cultural institutions within minutes of prospective residents’ future homes and a screening room designed to replicate 133 Seaport’s intimate library lounge.

There is also a walkway designed to replicate the impeccable views of the central courtyard that will be seen from the landmark pedestrian bridge. The journey finishes in an elegantly designed model unit with sweeping views of the Seaport and portrays the high-end finishes residents at EchelonSeaport.

Boston’s Seaport District Prepares To Welcome The St. Regis Residences

If you have always envisioned yourself living in one of Boston's hottest sections of Boston, now is your chance. The luxurious St. Regis Residences, Boston is slated to open in early 2021, so you have plenty of time now to get in on all of the excitement.

Cronin Development recently launched a “high-touch/high-tech” waterfront sales center at 250 Northern Avenue where potential residents can actually see and feel the details of their new home. The custom-built waterfront space known as the “Experience Center for The St. Regis Residences, Boston” offers visitors a high-tech experience, luxury service and panoramic Boston Harbor views that mimic what buyers will experience inside the tower’s 114 condominiums ranging from $2M up to nearly $15M.

“In the Experience Center, future residents can touch, feel and see the high-level of quality and design we are planning for The St. Regis Residences, Boston – which will be a landmark development,” said Cronin Development Founder Jon Cronin. “When it opens, it will be one of the first stand-alone St. Regis Residences in the world and will mark the debut of the brand in Boston.”

The Center features a built-to-scale model kitchen and bath that allows buyers to preview the highly curated finishes chosen for quality, style and performance. Buyers can also review a variety of finish options and interior design in the building’s Design Center. (BAMO of San Francisco created the residence interiors, the lobby’s modern vision and the look and feel of the amenity floor).

“We bought the site in 2006 when the Seaport was a very different place back then," Cronin said. "Things slowed down a bit with development in 2008, but we saw the direction the Seaport was going - becoming a city within a city and were very excited about it.”

The residential-only tower features a design that mimics the curvilinear shape of a tall ship at sail. The tower’s condominiums range from one-bedroom to penthouse residences, each with extraordinary views.

“It is going to be a five-star luxury residence on the water,” he said. “We are thrilled with the design."

While the tower will not feature a hotel, its residents will feature some of the amenities the brand is so well known for, including butler and concierge assistance, and exclusive use of the tower’s entire floor of amenities including swimming pool and outdoor patio, spa, exercise room, library, sports simulator, St. Regis lounge, wine vault, media room and guest suites. A signature restaurant will provide in-residence private dining and preferred reservations as well as cater to residents, guests and neighbors.
