Heartthrob bad boy Justin Bieber is crashing at the famous Beverly Hills “Salad Spinner” estate (for a whopping $59,000 per month) where the pop/R&B singer is virtually guaranteed to serve a healthy party mix of hutzpah, homeboys and high jinks (translation entourages, partying and overall loudness). Anyway you spin it, “J-Dawg" is in the house and his new neighbors are officially on notice.

The 6,537-square-foot modern home, which resembles a gourmet salad spinner, sold for $10.5 million in March.

Granted, the half-acre property is more remote than the Biebs’ past residences, so neighbors may be spared if all goes well. Then again, that’s a big "IF" since we're talking about Bieber, who consistently invites neighbor resentment, even if they're out of earshot. The Usher protégée’s history with neighbors is contentious at best.

Last January, police raided Bieber’s house (via warrant) and executed a search for evidence in an egging incident involving his next-door neighbor’s multi-million-dollar Calabasas home. To resolve a misdemeanor vandalism charge, the 20-year-old singer pleaded no contest, received probation, and paid $80,000 in restitution to the egged neighbor (just how big were those eggs?).

Designed by renowned Malibu-based architect Ed Niles, the massively modern 6,537-square-foot "Salad Spinner" estate—situated within a cul-de-sac at 1169 Loma Linda Drive—features circular walls of glass, soaring steel beams, and views of the city and Pacific Ocean. It boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a seven-car garage, an infinity pool, an elevator, curved glass windows and doors, and most notably a glass-enclosed central courtyard atrium (ripe for smashing during wild parties). Come to think of it, Bieber in a glass house may be the most dangerous idea ever.

According to Curbed, after originally listing for $15 million, the property sold in March for $10.5 million (that’s about 178 months of Bieber rent, not counting inevitable damages, lawsuits and Animal House frat food fights). But apparently, Bieber is leasing the home short-term, reports say.

Canadian-born Bieber was discovered after his mother posted YouTube videos of her son singing. He has since become a Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling artist with a global fan base (called “Beliebers”) who have made him wealthy and extremely popular with more than 40 million Twitter followers. He made Forbes magazine's top 10 list of most powerful celebrities in 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Maybe the Salad Spinner estate will turn Bieber around for the better. A famous proverb says, “People who live in glass houses should not throw stones.” Or eggs.
