Frank Lloyd Wright's Last Ohio Home

Commissioned by Louis Penfield and his wife in the mid-1950s, this Usonian home designed by Frank Lloyd Wright was the legendary architect's last Ohio creation.

Completed in 1955, the 1,800-square-foot home has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths, and the signature fireplace present in all of Wright's Usonians. Two other non-Wright homes also sit on the property: an 1867 cottage and a 1940 farmhouse. Located just outside of Cleveland, the 18.5-acre trio are now being sold for $1.7 million.
