A few months after Stallone's $35.39 million purchase of a waterfront compound in Palm Beach, Florida, his longtime famous mansion was listed. The property itself is one of only a handful of homes offered at more than $100 million in Southern California. 

Originally purchased in the late 1990s for an unrecorded amount, the mansion spans 3.5 acres in North Beverly Park, one of the most exclusive enclaves within L.A. County.
