Goldstein’s recognition as one of America’s most prolific sales associates stems from a newly published report that ranks the best real estate professionals across the country for 2016. It was conducted by REAL Trends, a leading trends tracker in the real estate industry, and sponsored by Zillow, the online listing database.

REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents report also features Goldstein as the 60^th most successful agent in Florida, out of over 250,000 realtors, in terms of sales volume. Last year, he closed $40.2 million in deals, more than double the qualifying threshold for the ranking.

“I am obviously pleased and honored to be ranked on this ranking of the country’s top residential real estate agents,” said Goldstein in a press statement on the occasion. “It represents the time and effort that we put into each customer that we serve and how much work it takes to build a successful real estate career. The level of sales it takes to qualify makes it a truly special recognition.”

The enormity of Goldstein’s achievement glares when put in perspective. In 2016, the average realtor completed 8.6 transactions, bringing in less than $1.3 million, according to Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends.

“I have to say, my exposure and use of my affiliation with Haute Living, has had a tremendous amount of doing with my rise in Golden Beach,” said Goldstein. “It's just the beginning.”
