Since 2005, Colin Jost, a Harvard alum, has been a writer for NBC's Emmy-winning late-night comedy showcase “Saturday Night Live.” In 2011, the Staten Island native purchased a bachelor pad in West Village, New York City for $1,776,750 which would eventually become his longtime residence. In the years following, the 39-year-old comedic star has become co-anchors on the “Weekend Update” segment with Michael Che. He is set to star in an upcoming wedding comedy, “Worst Man,” alongside fellow “SNL” cast member Pete Davidson. Last year, Jost married “Black Widow” actress Scarlett Johansson after being together since 2017. The celebrity couple recently welcomed a son. Reportedly, “SNL” head writer is ready to unveil a brand-new chapter of his life and bid farewell to his former West Village abode for $2.5 million.

Built in 1929, Jost’s former residence is a 1,400 square foot duplex in a six-unit co-op building dedicated to full time residents. In 2018, popstar Ariana Grande and comedian Pete Davidson were involved in a whirlwind romance when they began dating in May, got engaged in the weeks following, and moved into a luxurious apartment complex in West Chelsea. The chic space seemed fitting for the public duo as the building was deemed one of the most luxurious in New York City. The property had reportedly been on and off the market since 2015 with an unwavering asking price of $16 million. Since the celebrity couple split in October of 2018, Grande has said “thank u, next” to her former relationship and residence. She has now amassed an impressive real estate portfolio with contemporary mansion in the Hollywood Hills, a $9 million Bird Streets home, and a $6.7 million Montecito estate purchased from Ellen DeGeneres. Recently, the two-time Grammy winning vocalist tied the knot with real estate agent Dalton Gomez in an intimate ceremony at her Montecito home.

Built in the winter of 2017, the New York City apartment complex formerly home to Grande and Davidson was designed by the late renowned architect Dame Zaha Hadid. Pete told Jimmy Fallon on a recent Tonight Show appearance, "I feel like I won a contest," when asked about being engaged to Ariana. She has already teased a new song, "Pete," about, "this love that I'm in."

The happy couple, who have been pictured lately shopping and holding hands around New York, paid $16 million for a chevron-shaped condo on the High Line.

One of the last finished buildings of the late Pritzker Prize-winning architect Zaha Hadid, the chic condo is all curves. Ariana and Pete can cook together in their highly-curated, top-of-the-line kitchen, or watch Pete's favorite flick, "Good Time," starring Robert Pattinson, in the private IMAX theatre. It is a cinematic marvel for any apartment to have. It reportedly cost a half-million-dollars to construct.

The pair will have plenty of room for wedding gifts too: there's on-site storage inspired by a Swiss bank vault. Plus, in a city where keeping a car can be a challenge, the integrated parking deck is a luxury in itself.

In a class of high-end condos where promoting wellness is an amenity theme, this building includes a juice bar, fitness center, and 75-foot sky-lit pool. There is also a private reservable spa suite that may interest this amorous pair.

Ariana and Pete's unit has five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths. The master connects to an en-suite walk-in closet with dressing room. The master bath is done in Nero Marquinia marble with a freestanding six-foot sculptural bathtub.

Cynics may decry the speed of Ariana and Pete's engagement–the camera-ready PDA, her $93,000 ring, or the tribute ink they've gotten for each other at Chinatown’s No Idols Tattoo Shop–but they've both seen darker days and been hurt before. What's different this time? Laughter was the spark of their attraction–according to the word on the street.
