Developed under the leadership of Dan Kodsi and Miami Worldcenter Associates, and created by award-winning architecture firm Elkus Manfredi in conjunction with PARAMOUNT Ventures’ in-house design team – PARAMOUNT secured victory in the “Residential High-Rise Development – Florida” category.

Completed in 2019, PARAMOUNT – soaring 60 stories and commandeering the Miami skyline – is the most amenitized and most talked about building in the country. Located in the heart of Miami’s newly-vibrant Downtown, the project is part of the second-largest mixed-use urban development in America and a center-point of the Magic City’s commercial, cultural and culinary reinvention.

A world-renowned mark of excellence, the International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry – from architecture and development to interior design. The awards are split into regions covering Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central & South America, the Caribbean, USA, UK and Asia Pacific. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of over 80 industry experts who cover the whole range of property disciplines. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The USA & Americas Property Awards are considered to be the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognized program in the region.

“We’re thrilled to be recognized with this tremendous honor. PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter is a true passion project, a literal labor of love, and is unlike any other project I’ve worked on previously. We set out to create a truly one-of-a-kind and once-in-a-generation urban landmark and seeing this project come to fruition is a crowning achievement,” said Dan Kodsi, developer of PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter. “We knew that we had created a new paradigm by giving buyers more than they had asked for or thought possible with the most amenities in the world, and it’s extremely rewarding to see the resounding response with buyers from literally across the globe. Nowhere in the world will residents have such a concentrated volume of amenities, public transportation options and landmark entertainment venues directly within a few blocks of their doorsteps. This is a tower that simply can’t be replicated.”

Photo Credit: Courtesy of PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter

PARAMOUNT’s development team will be presented with their award in an online virtual ceremony on November 10th. The top winners in each region will automatically be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in announcements of the International and World’s Best winners at the end of the process.

As highlighted by this latest prestigious victory, PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter excels in the over-the-top. The tower is known for having the most amenities in the world and also offers a service-rich lifestyle. The building employs a full-time lifestyle concierge management team that live in-house, and service residents’ every request – with no request too big or too small.

PARAMOUNT is 92 percent sold with nearly a half-billion dollars in sales of their 500+ city- and bay-view residences. Tower residences range in size from 1,180 to 2,350 square feet, with prices starting at $750 per square foot. A limited selection of penthouses and villas remain.

On May 29th, world-famous Grammy Award-winning French DJ Cedric Gervais played a set of his show atop PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, the 60-story landmark tower in the heart of Miami.

Photo Credit: Courtesy of PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter

As Mental Health Awareness Month was coming to a close, Gervais debuted his new set, “Waking Up” in the 90-minute show. He created it to provide a spotlight on and offer hope to the front-line workers and the overall citizenry of the world that were enduring the COVID-19 quarantine. Gervais wanted to uplift those who were feeling distressed from the impact of social distancing measures that were implemented.

“The goal of the concert is to relay an urgent message that there is hope for those suffering with depression and mental health issues from this challenging time, and an opportunity to raise funds so that everyone has access to this essential care,” said TJ Sabo, Chief Creative Officer at PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter and the event’s organizer. “Society is facing an epic challenge and we must wake up to the reality that there will be lasting emotional and psychological traumatic stress. People are fearful of catching the virus, losing a loved one, losing their jobs and not being able to pay their bills. The burnout is real for many.”

Photo Credit: Courtesy of PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter

The concert was held in partnership with PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Miami), City of Miami Police Department, Participant Capital, and dance music label Armada Music. It was broadcasted on Instagram Live, Twitch, Facebook and YouTube.

“As the producer of REEL Minds Miami, the largest mental health lm festival in the U.S., we at NAMI have seen firsthand the power of music and lm in stimulating awareness and human connection that help promote good mental health,” said Kathryn Coppola, Executive Director of NAMI Miami. “With the cancellation of our lm festival due to COVID-19, we thank Cedric Gervais and PARAMOUNT Miami for bringing NAMI, Miami and the world together to celebrate the healing powers of music, community, resilience and support.”

“We are all so focused on the material impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on our physical health and economy that it’s easy to neglect the profound psychological impact it has had on all of us,” said Jorge Colina, City of Miami Police Chief. “As our community members endure extended isolation and uncertainty, it’s important that we continue to send out positive messages of love and support.”

Photo Credit: Courtesy of PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter

“The concert’s message is to make sure people understand that a psychological reaction is normal and there are intervention support organizations like NAMI that o er assistance during this time and help educate people about the expected psychological impact and reactions to trauma. We want to make sure that people with acute issues like burnout and PTSD can nd the help that they need,” said Cedric Gervais. “PARAMOUNT was the perfect setting for the launch of ‘Waking Up.’ The tower is a beacon of light and hope.”

PARAMOUNT, the world’s most-equipped residential tower, known for its innovative flying car Skyport, will host the exhibit entitled: “Miami 2020 and Beyond” featuring the PAL-V (Personal Air Landing Vehicle) Pioneer flying car and an impressive contemporary art collection including “Red World” by renowned artist Steven Manolis, and “Miami Vice” and “Moons Over Miami” by Miami’s hometown museum-class graffiti artist Ahol Sniffs Glue (also known as David Anasagasti). Ahol Sniffs Glue's works in the development, featuring his trademark's "eyes" in spray paints blend seamlessly with PARAMOUNT's lobby and urban design.

The Dutch-made PAL-V Pioneer – already in production and selling for $599,000 with 70 flying cars already sold – comes with retractable overhead and rear propellers and tail wings, and can cruise at an altitude as high as 12,500 feet. Using automobile gasoline instead of jet fuel, it reaches speeds of 200 miles per hour in the air and 100 miles per hour on the ground.

PARAMOUNT's 58th floor Skydeck is designed so it can be modified in the future as a Skyport with a hydraulic floor capable of transforming its rooftop pool into a take-off and landing pad for flying cars.

New York City has Hudson Yards -- Miami has Miami Worldcenter. Located in the heart of Miami’s bustling next-generation Downtown, Miami Worldcenter is the largest project of its kind in city history and one of the most massive urban developments ever undertaken in the entire United States. Miami Worldcenter – a 27-acre complex of residences, offices, retail options, dining destinations, a convention center, and hotel – takes mixed-use development to luxurious new levels.

Its coup de grace is PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, a futuristic 60-story signature residential tower, which serves as a bold symbol and stark reminder of Miami’s reputation as “The City of the Future.” PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter stands as an homage to the city’s new commercial, ethnic and cultural vibrancy, and offers one of the most exciting lifestyle destinations in America.

PARAMOUNT and Miami Worldcenter are about to become Miami's new hub and we honestly cannot wait to be there and walk up and down, left and right. The city's classic and most-known streets will have a new address attaining the local and touring communities' attention. The lucky ones that have purchased units in PARAMOUNT will not have to go far (just an elevator ride instead!) to be in the hustle and bustle of the mega-sized development.

South Florida has been highly anticipating the development's arrival since construction started just under four years ago.

PARAMOUNT is located three blocks away from Miami Central Station. Richard Branson's Virgin Trains USA's new express train service will connect Miami travelers from Miami Central Station to stations in West Palm Beach and Orlando by 2021.

Exclusive to PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter homeowners is the chance to own one of 26 luxury poolside bungalows. Each one is priced at $350,000. Each bungalow includes an entertainment area, a living room, a bar, a bathroom with a shower, and a rooftop terrace.

Keeping true with Miami's Latin American flavor, an indoor regulation-size (200 feet long) soccer field will be a one-of-a-kind experience for all who visit it.

57 countries are represented among the buyers of residences at PARAMOUNT. Nearly 90% of the residential units have been sold.

There is so much more to discover at PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter. Visit www.PARAMOUNTmiami.com for more information.

Located in the heart of Downtown Miami, mere blocks away from the trendy Wynwood Walls and Miami’s Design District, and within walking distance to the American Airlines Arena (home of the NBA’s Miami Heat) launches PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, from the visionary Daniel Kodsi, bringing forth the most amenitized building in the country. PARAMOUNT is set to transform how residents live, work and play in the comfort of their own home.

The landmark tower has attracted buyers from all over the world, bringing in record-setting sales with 55 nationalities represented among its buyer pool. Kodsi traveled to the world’s most dynamic metropolises to frame his vision for the future of Miami’s downtown focusing on creating condominiums that offer unparalleled, luxurious amenities that elevate the lifestyle of residents. PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter is a testament to that vision and has become one of the top-selling residential buildings in Miami-Dade County.

Photo courtesy of PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter

As the signature residential tower of the 30-acre Miami Worldcenter – the nation’s second-largest mixed-use development, PARAMOUNT incorporates urban elements surrounded by the buzzy streets of Downtown Miami. Residents will enjoy an unparalleled location just an elevator ride away from the exciting array of retail, restaurants, office space, lush parks, galleries and nightlife planned for the cosmopolitan development and will be within walking distance of Miami’s waterfront and most celebrated cultural and entertainment landmarks.

Featuring unparalleled panoramic views and ultra-luxurious finishes and design, the soaring 60-story glass-clad tower will include 26 signature penthouses with jaw-dropping views of Miami’s picturesque downtown.

“A true rarity, our penthouse residents will enjoy expansive floorplans and oversized, outdoor living rooms, designed to feel like a true single family home in the sky with sweeping 180-degree views with all of the benefits of our urban location and unmatched amenity offerings,” said developer Daniel Kodsi. “The Penthouse Collection is yet another testament to the new dimension PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter is introducing to downtown.”

Among PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter’s most compelling features is its first-of-its-kind four-acre Upper Deck. At 90’ in the sky, the Upper Deck is home to chic resort-style pools, private poolside bungalows, and a premier sports and entertainment complex that includes the country’s first outdoor soccer field to be featured in a high-rise residential development and two tennis courts.

With the FIFA World Cup games officially underway, more than 250 of Miami’s power brokers faced off in support of the Special Olympics as PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter played host to a World Cup kick off bash on Wednesday, June 13.

Event-goers enjoyed cocktails and canapés from around the world, each representing a different participating country in the games. From Moscow Mules to Peruvian ceviche, Spanish croquettes and French macaroons, guests were transported around the globe while vying for their chance to score a winning goal. Dozens of brokers faced off against the pro goalie and players on-hand as they took their shot at kicking a goal into the net as PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter offered to make a donation to the Special Olympics for each winning goal.

As Miami’s only condominium with its own soccer field, PARAMOUNT is kicking up the amenity stakes and counts at least six professional soccer players who have already purchased residences in the tower. The three known soccer pros play for the Turkish, Colombian, and Cameroon national teams.

“As Miami is home to so many soccer stars and fans, we’re excited to kick off the World Cup action at PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter,” said developer Dan Kodsi. “With Major League Soccer coming soon to Miami and now in the running to host the games in 2026, the city’s interest in soccer is at an all-time high.”

“We have buyers from each of the countries participating in the World Cup and we’re thrilled to celebrate the start of the games,” added Peggy Fucci, CEO of OneWorld Properties, the exclusive sales brokerage for the project.

The only residential tower currently for sale within the massive 27-acre mixed-use Miami Worldcenter site, PARAMOUNT has made international headlines with its Upper Deck, which will debut as the largest amenity deck in the U.S., spanning 90 feet above downtown Miami featuring an extraordinary array of action-packed amenities that includes the country’s first outdoor soccer field to be featured in a high-rise residential development; two tennis courts; multiple resort-style pools; lush parks and spa baths among others.

With the start of the Russia 2018 World Cup, everyone is boning up on their soccer knowledge. Some of you may even be taking to the pitch to see if you can smash a penalty kick as well as you did in grade school. Or maybe you are trying to pass your soccer skills off to your children, given that soccer is the second most popular youth sport in the U.S. Either way, developers are honing in on this, giving residents of every age the opportunity to perfect their game without leaving the comfort of their home. Here are some of the hottest luxury developments for the soccer star in all of us.

Waterline Square

If you want to field a full team, look no further than Waterline Square. The three-tower development along the Hudson River boasts a large indoor soccer field. After you kick the ball around you can cool off in Waterline’s 25-meter, 3-lane lap pool or relax in the hot tub. Strain a muscle while playing? Arrange to have a masseuse take care of it in one of Waterline’s massage rooms, or work it out yourself in the sauna or steam room. If you’re not up for soccer, Waterline also offers tennis, basketball, and squash courts, a rock climbing wall, golf simulator, skate park and yoga studio; enough to accommodate the most active of lifestyles.

180 East 88th Street

This Upper East Side condominium by DDG offers residents of its 48 units the opportunity to practice their skills year round with a partial indoor basketball court and adjacent soccer pitch. The facility features soaring double-height ceilings and an abundance of natural light. Other amenities include a wine room, children’s playroom, game room, residents’ lounge and a fitness studio. 180 East 88th Street is slated for completion later this year.

Madison Square Park Tower

Want the thrill of playing soccer without all that running? The 65-story Madison Square Park Tower has a ‘Simulator Room’ featuring an HD screen that spans an entire wall. Residents can virtually play any sport they wish, including the European version of football. The tower is located at 45 East 22nd Street, with units ranging in price from $2.5 million for a one-bedroom to $48 million for a penthouse.

Paramount Miami Worldcenter

Heading south to Miami, you’ll find this indoor regulation-size soccer field atop the four-acre outdoor deck of Paramount Miami Worldcenter – the signature residential tower of Miami Worldcenter, a massive $2-billion dollar project being developed by Dan Kodsi, Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani. Of course, a soccer field is only one of the endless number of amenities at Paramount, which promises to create a “city within a city” upon its completion. The Miami Worldcenter development will feature a retail component, office tower and convention center and two residential towers with relaxation, entertainment and fitness centers, food markets, skydeck access and a whole lot more.

Missoni Baia

The next best thing to living at a place with a soccer field? How about sharing an address with a professional soccer star. Future residents of Missoni Baia in Miami’s rapidly growing Edgewater neighborhood can make that claim. Miguel Borja, the 2016 South America “Footballer of the Year,” scored a condominium in the under construction tower earlier this year. Missoni Baia features valet parking, a hair and nail salon, game room, fitness center, spa and a sun deck with an Olympic-size pool, among other perks. You can watch Borja this summer as he tries to help the Colombian national team win the World Cup.

The luxurious ambiance inadvertently reminded of the star of the event – Paramount Miami Worldcenter, which is set to open in 2019, bringing an unprecedented level of luxury to the Magic City. The completed residential tower, clothed in shimmering glass, will rise some 60 floors high and offer a raft of amenities – from a spa to an indoor sports center to an observatory – that rarely come together under a single roof.

Are helicopters yesterday’s Model T? PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter developer Dan Kodsi, thinks so and is preparing for the future of urban aviation by making modifications to the rooftop design of the tower in order to accommodate a 5,000-square-foot Skyport atop his new 60-story downtown Miami high-rise.

A veteran developer, with a masters in urban planning and background as a recreational pilot, Kodsi has built more than 6,000 units over the course of his 30-year career. Today, he is readying his state-of-the-art future-forward residential tower which tops off construction this August, with the ability to convert its rooftop into a Skyport for vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft, also known as passenger drones, or what some may call “flying cars.”

“The future of transportation is here within the next 10 to 15 years and urban aviation is closer to reality than you might expect. The flying vehicles will use airspace to alleviate transportation congestion and traffic on the ground for quicker daily commutes, and cleaner air around the world. These vehicles are more like a helicopter, but much quieter, run electronically and are environmentally friendly,” said developer Dan Kodsi. “PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter prides itself on its amenities and high-tech features. While the industry still has many regulatory hurdles to clear, we are excited to be at the forefront of urban aviation with what can one day be the first residential Skyport in Miami.”
