The vegetable-forward restaurant is a concept conceptualized by James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Schwartz. For Schwartz, good food begins with great product, and at Tigertail + Mary, the menu celebrates this notion’s ultimate expression – vegetables – as well as other fresh, thoughtfully sourced proteins, like local seafood and meat from animals raised with care. Additionally, a refreshing cocktail program from the acclaimed team at BarLab (The Broken Shaker, The Anderson) complements the ingredient-focused approach in the kitchen with an emphasis on simplicity and botanical elements.
