The development is working in several stages to make history in building up Los Angeles’ downtown neighborhood. The Park Hyatt branded residences are launching their first ever West Coast development in the property, with 164 luxurious homes. Residences will have access to the 184 Room hotel next door, as well as a promenade of shops and boutiques opening up in the development as well.

The space is also launching a sky park featuring dog parks, a basketball court, trees, a track, and pool, all 100 feet into the air above the city.

While there is little known about the accommodations of the units in the Park Hyatt’s residences, the added luxuries of this neighborhood are immeasurable as downtown Los Angeles continues on a rise in popularity, and developments moving away from the suburban feelings of the city’s other neighborhoods with low to the ground builds. A home in this development would tower over the city below with incredible views from the Hollywood Hills to the ocean.
