]]> QUINT Collection Hollywood prepares to open its model unit in only a few weeks and developer, JQ Group of Companies, has given us access to the corner unit that will also be serving as the new onsite sales office for the luxury development. Below are some of the details.

Featuring furniture pieces from premium brands such as Roche Bobois, QUINT Collection’s interior aesthetics have taken inspiration from the project’s surroundings, modern architecture and functional design. Pop of color and neutral soft tones and statement pieces will be major components of the interior design strategy behind this collection of ten waterfront residences.

Speaking of quality, all ten residences will feature custom Italian kitchens and cabinetry by ITALKRAFT, which is responsible for furnishing some of South Florida’s most prestigious commercial and residential developments such as Brickell City Centre and Zaha Hadid’s 1000 Museum. ITALKRAFT’s bathroom cabinetry will be complemented by Villeroy & Boch vanities.

Located on 2800 N Ocean Dr., Hollywood, Florida, QUINT Collection Hollywood’s model unit will open in late January and the project is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2020.
