Billionaire Oligarch Alexander Rovt is selling his six-story townhouse on the Upper East Side. Rovt reportedly put $27 million into the home, but this gorgeous pad is just one of his 35 NYC real estate holdings. Rovt made his fortune selling fertilizer, and he’s not afraid to make serious investments.

Alexander Rovt recently bought the Sloane Mansion, which may have inspired him to sell this smaller 11,400 sq. ft. townhouse. With five bedrooms, a sauna, a gorgeous custom indoor pool, five outdoor spaces, and a full gym (not to mention beautiful plush interior design features), this unique residence is a great find.

Chipotle Founder Steve Ells Lists NY Townhouse for $16.5-Million

Steve Ells, found of the wildly successful restaurant franchise Chipotle, has put his five-story West Village townhouse on the market for $16.5 million. The red brick home, located at 92 Jane Street, was built in 1901. The home boasts four bedrooms, a full-floor master suite, three full bathrooms and two powder rooms. Other amenities of the 24-foot-wide residence include four wood-burning fireplaces, a private garden and a reflecting pool. The home, which features a contemporary design, has the added bonus of being right next door to the Highline elevated park, the Hudson River, and the trendy Meatpacking District.
