The project La Casa Palma is an 11,485 sq foot collaboration with world-renowned architect Kobi Karp and interiors by Borges+associates.

The entire home was gutted to create enchanting spaces integrating European White Oak floors throughout the residence, sinks with infinity edges, herringbone wood in the dining room, a wine cellar room connected to the 20-person theatre, and a 6 car- car lift garage.

The project took about a year to complete as MV's team took on the design-build and oversaw the construction management. The penthouse unit was a multi-million dollar project that has smart features, lighting, and music that can be controlled for any event or client meeting at any time of the day. It also includes an event space, kitchen, and panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. Now, Carsaver is expanding even more and MV Group USA is building an additional 12,000 square feet that will include a movie theater.
