Canadian actor and comedian Will Arnett has been busy making deals in the real estate market. In 2015, he purchased a modern structure in Beverly Hills for $2.86 million. Over the next two years, Arnett renovated the residence into a spectacular smart home of glass and steel. However, in 2020, the entertainer listed his custom Californian home on the market for $11 million. After failing to attract potential buyers, the price was reduced to $8 million for which it secured a deal. Now, Arnett has moved on to another residence although in the same area. He has recently purchased a brand-new modern farmhouse in Beverly Hills for a price of $16.4 million.

The newly completed contemporary farmhouse spans 10,300 square feet with seven bedrooms and eight baths. The gated estate opens to a 25-foot brick wall entry, bleached wood siding, white-oak vaulted beams, and wine barrel ceilings. The foyer highlights a bleached wood staircase, and the home’s interior presents a sunlit open floor plan. The spacious chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with waterfall island, adjoining seating, marble backsplash, copious storage space, and pantry with apron sink. Adjacent to the kitchen rests a built-in banquette and round table for casual dining space as well as a formal dining room with dazzling chandelier. Additionally, the lavish layout presents an entertainment area with relaxing lounge space, bar, glassed-in wine display, and home theater.

Upstairs, the extravagant master suite features a cozy fireplace, seating area, and an expansive bathroom with soaking tub and walls of marble. Six of the other bedrooms offer their own ensuite bath and walk-in closets. The floor also boasts terraces overlooking the elegant outdoor area. Stepping outside, the exterior space continues to evoke a resort like essence with a saltwater pool and spa, fire pit, and abundant space for dining and entertaining. Other luxe amenities of the home include a gym, spa, home office, and garage with car lift.

Music icon Madonna has purchased a 13,391-square-foot mansion in Hidden Hills from Grammy-winning singer, The Weeknd.

The Hidden Hills home was built in 2017 and purchased that same year by The Weeknd for $20 million. The singer recently put the home on the market for $21.995 million, which was then purchased by Madonna for $19.3 million.

Sitting on three acres of land, the modern farmhouse-style property includes the main home and a guest home. The main home features seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. A laundry list of impressive amenities are also included, such as a bridge entrance, a chef’s kitchen, a refrigerated wine cellar, a home theater, a music lounge, a study, a gym, an outdoor kitchen, and an eight-stall barn. The 1,200 square foot guesthouse features two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The outdoor amenities include an infinity pool, a spa, a fire pit, and a cabana complete with an outdoor living room.

This new purchase will be a change of scenery for Madonna who has spent much of her time in the Moorish Revival mansion near Lisbon, Portugal which she purchased back in 2017.

The listing was held by Angel Salvador at the Agency. Trevor Wright at the Beverly Hills Estates represented the buyer.

Hip-hop icon Lil Wayne is settling down in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles with a recently purchased $15.4 million mansion.

The modern farmhouse mansion was newly built in 2019 and is situated on 3.3 acres. The property is comprised of a 10,000 square foot main house and a separate guesthouse with 12,135 square feet of space, totaling seven bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.

The main house holds five bedrooms located on the second floor, each with its own ensuite bathrooms. The front foyer has a glass-encased wine closet situated under the grand staircase, and the living room features a unique modern fireplace. Other amenities include a completely upgraded chef’s kitchen, a breakfast nook, a wet bar, a home theatre, and a gym.

Featured outdoors are several areas for dining and entertaining, as well as a full outdoor kitchen, built-in barbecue grill, an infinity pool, a spa, and a sports court.

The two-bedroom guesthouse includes its own short driveway, a petite kitchen, and a spacious living area.

Hidden Hills is a popular area among celebrities. Lil Wayne’s new neighbors will include The Kardashian-Jenner family and The Weeknd. The rapper also owns a $16.75 million mansion located on Allison Island, near the coast of Miami Beach.

Comedian Jerry Seinfeld and his wife, Jessica Seinfeld, have decided to part-ways with their Colorado estate, officially putting it on the market.

The couple purchased their home in 2007 for $7.55 million and have since doubled the asking price – listing the 27-acre home for $14.95 million. The home was also listed in 2011 but removed from the market when the couple decided they weren’t ready to sell it yet. Also listed is a four-bedroom guest house for $2.775 million, located on a 17-acre parcel.

The 12,300-square-foot estate is a modern farmhouse-style with 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, and two half baths. Filled with wood and stone finishes, the property was designed to resemble a series of connected Western ranch structures.

The living room features wall-to-floor ceiling windows with views of the Wilson Range mountains, as well as a grand stone fireplace. The main property also has an updated kitchen with wooden countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances. Adjacent from the kitchen are two dining areas, one nestled into a nook and the other considered a formal dining area between the living room and kitchen.

Other amenities within the home include a wood-paneled library with built-in bookshelves, a full gym, a yoga studio and a four-car garage. Outside are private trails and a nearby creek. The Telluride Ski Resort is also located 10 minutes away from the property.
