Born as Nora Lum in Queens, New York, she has come a far way from the small railroad apartment in Brooklyn following her catapult into the limelight. Nearly two years later, she is now bidding farewell to her former residence listing it on the market for a slightly heightened price of $2.4 million. The presumed reason as to why she is selling her former home is that she recently purchased a stylish Bel-Air mansion for $3.5 million.

The Molteni Group, leading Italian designer furniture company with more than 80 years of history,opened a flagship store in the West Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Molteni&C|Dada, in partnership with ddc Group, hosted a grand opening cocktail party, celebrating the new flagship store designed by Belgian architect and Molteni&C|Dada’s Creative Director, Vincent Van Duysen.

The new space, measuring over 7,600 square-feet across two levels, is defined by the intersections of Melrose Avenue, Beverly Boulevard and Robertson Boulevard, the center of the West Hollywood Design District.  Inspired by the houses of the great architects of the mid-20th century, Molteni&C|Dada’s design is evocative of an Italian villa. The store is gracious and fluid, its open architectural plan serving as a perfect backdrop for the latest Molteni&C|Dada offerings.
