Completion of the internationally-lauded project, which broke ground in February 2020, is on schedule to be delivered at the end of this year.

Defortuna and his team at Fortune have presented the Monaco Yacht Club & Residences virtually during the quarantine. "We have a wonderful team of agents," he said.
