Featuring a seamless skeleton conceptualized by Sieger-Suarez Architects and Yabu Pushelberg, Marea will showcase specially commissioned artwork by acclaimed artists Riccardo De Marchi and Markus Linnenbrink throughout its common areas, evoking the intimate feel of a private gallery. Linnenbrink's signature use of repetition and simplistic shapes to form layered, prismatic installations will be featured on the edifice's walls and corridors, while De Marchi's sleek Plexiglas and steel works will adorn Marea's lobby, concierge desk, and atrium.

The building will also be surrounded by landscape art by Enzo Enea. At its peak, the structure will boast a rooftop pool enveloped by a lush garden overlooking panoramic views of the bay and ocean, along with several massage cabanas and a poolside dining space.

Marea recently unveiled the gorgeous interiors of its four penthouse jewels, styled by Brazilian interior designer Joao Armentano.

The plush pads—which will reportedly list for at least $7 million—will come with expansive terraces designed by Enea, along with fridges fully stocked with Krug champagne.
