Nick Rivera Caminero, more notably recognized as singer-songwriter and rapper Nicky Jam, is deemed as one of the pioneers of the reggaeton genre. He has collaborated with artists such as J Balvin and Daddy Yankee and in August, released his most recent album titled "Infinity." Earlier this year, the musician sold his Palm Island home for $3.1 million. Now, he is making news once again for another real estate deal.

State records show the sale was executed through Green House Domestic Holdings Four LLC. Vice President Kamala Harris has been busy making real estate moves since settling into the second-in-command’s residence. Moss, the appointed general contractor of the condominium, led the concrete pour of the 12-story boutique Bayfront building located at 6800 Indian Creek Drive, which utilized 250 cubic yards of concrete and 20 tons of reinforcing steel to fill the 12” concrete slab covering approximately 6,700 square feet.

Approximately 75 percent of the foundation work for Monaco Yacht Club & Residences have been completed, which includes the installation of 403 60 feet deep Auger Cast Piles totaling more than 1,314 cubic yards of concrete. Moss has also pumped over 70 million gallons of water to-date through a de-watering system that pumps approximately 700 gallons of water per minute. Having recently erected the tower crane onsite, only two more pours remain for completing the first level of the project.
