Logan Paul, popular content creator, social media personality, and podcaster has finally found a buyer for his Encino mansion which has been the setting for many of his famous YouTube videos. The property was first listed at $8,995,000 back in November which dropped to $7,995,000 at the start of this year. Paul bought the spacious house back in 2017 for $6,550,000 but is now ready to say goodbye to the area. Back in 2021, Logan had relocated to Puerto Rico for a bit to help focus his efforts on training for boxing which he and his brother seem to hope to pursue more in the coming years.

The stunning 8,689 square-foot property is located within the exclusive Rancho estates area and awaits the new owner while the sale is still pending. Many other celebrities like Kelly Clarkson and Joe Jonas have also called the Encino area home. The design of Paul's former home is a unique living space and optimal layout for entertaining guests. The duo experienced an immersive, never-before-seen augmented reality virtual tour of the extravagant building through revolutionary, real estate technology by Yupix.

Sunday night Jake celebrated his win against Tyrone Woodley in Tampa at E11EVEN nightclub with his brother, girlfriend Julia Rose and an entourage of 20. According to a source, the group arrived around 1:45 a.m. and partied till around 4:30a.m. They were seated on the main dance floor in a big section, allowing for a memorable evening.

As Jake was walking into the E11EVEN Hotel and Residences sales gallery, he was asked if he were to fight Canello at E11EVEN, 'who would win?' He said “I would win–I’m a wrestler too… It’ll be a unique nightlife experience.”
