Shortly after the tumultuous turn in Loughlin and Giannulli’s career with the college admissions scandal and their respective sentences, the controversial public figures are settling back into their former elite lifestyle. Last summer, they purchased a modern farmhouse in Hidden Hills for $9.5 million and now, the couple are once again making news with the purchase of their newfound vacation home. Located in one of the most exclusive private residential communities in La Quinta, California, Loughlin and Giannulli have recently purchased a $13 million vacation home at the Madison Club. The former owners of the home were Michael and Alexis Rowell who cofounded technology startup Assurance. The duo purchased the property in late 2019 for $9.5 million and will be walking away from the new deal with a massive profit.

As this deal occurred off the market and the property was not publicly offered for sale, some of the details in regard to this residence remain unknown. However, tax records indicate that the extravagant abode spans 9,300 square feet with five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The single level residence showcases an open and airy atmosphere with stone flooring. For seamless indoor outdoor living, the walls of glass can retract and the expansive space offers patios for alfresco entertaining. The interior also presents a wet bar, a movie theater, a powder room with its own light-up stone sink, and a completely marble bathroom.

Stepping outside, the exterior highlights an immersive summer vacation experience. The inner courtyard features a reflecting pool, film projection screen, and further outside rests a substantially larger infinity edge pool and two spas. The landscaped gardens offer carefree maintenance with drought-tolerant plantings and faux grass. The firepit creates a cozy environment for lounging and the nearby Santa Rose Mountains present a picturesque view. Other luxe amenities include a garage, motor court, as well as the guard-gated Madison Club with its renowned Tom Fazio-designed course.

Cindy Crawford was deemed one of the most recognized supermodels in the 1980s and 1990s gracing the cover of multiple magazines, walking runway shows, and serving as the face of fashion campaigns. She has since expanded into other ventures and in 1998, married nightlight industry businessman Rande Gerber. Gerber co-founded the tequila brand Casamigos with acclaimed actor George Clooney in 2013. In 2017, Crawford and Gerber purchased a mid-century modern home in Beverly Hills for $11.6 million through a trust. However, the two are now bidding farewell to their humble abode listing it on the market for an initial price $15.995 million last August. Since then, the price has been reduced to $14.75 million in May before recently securing a buyer. While the transaction has yet to appear in public records and the buyer’s identity remains anonymous, the home was last listed at $13.5 million.

Additionally, the celebrity couple have secured several other properties with two homes in Malibu, a vacation home in La Quinta’s Madison Club, and a cottage in Canada. Aside from Crawford and Gerber though, other notable names in the entertainment industry have inhabited their Beverly Hills abode. OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder and his wife, Genevieve, purchased the house in 2014 and spent almost two years restoring and expanding the property. Prior to their residence, the space belonged to film producer Gregory Goodman of “Jason Bourne” and “Captain Phillips.”

In 2019, Crawford spoke to Architectural Digest about her Beverly Hills home. “It's midcentury modern, so it's been fun putting it through our own filter. We make a lot of our upholstery,” she explains. “My husband is very, very picky about the cushion density and seat depth because he's taller.” However, Crawford also claims that Gerber “would sacrifice functionality for the look” in certain aspects of their home while her utmost priority lies in comfortability.

Built in 1959, the chic mid-century modern home spans 5,386 square feet and includes five bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The single-story space rests beyond gated walls in the posh Trousdale Estates neighborhood and has been completely renovated and restored during Tedder’s residence. The open floor plan presents four separate lounging areas partially separated by a dividing wall with sleek fireplace and wet bar. The sky-lit kitchen and adjacent dining area offer an atmosphere perfect for entertaining. The separate media room is equipped with sliding doors to provide privacy and distinct from the kitchen area. Stepping outside, the expansive exterior opens to a large swimming pool and spa with adjoining daybeds. The seating area is surrounded by a firepit, fruit trees, and art installations.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star offered a sneak peak of her newly purchased home on Instagram with exterior shots of the pool, golf course, and palm trees accompanied with the caption “happy weekend.” Kourtney allegedly spent her Memorial Day weekend at the newfound residence with her three children as well as Travis Barker, drummer of Blink-182. Reportedly, the celebrity duo have been romantically involved since January after several years of friendship.

Spanning over 9,000 square feet and nearly an acre of lush land, Kourtney's Palm Springs property comes fully furnished and offers a perfect summertime oasis. The home is accessed through a quaint courtyard with seating area, custom water features, and fire display. Leading into the great room, the large glass doors offer panoramic views of the nearby Santa Rosa Mountains.
