Swire Properties, the developer of Reach and Rise Residences at Brickell City Centre, has announced that it has sold all units at both luxury condominium towers in Miami. ISG World was the exclusive brokerage for Reach and Rise Residences which are a mixed-use property of Brickell City Centre developed in 2014 and are the perfect embodiment of Brickell’s live-work-play lifestyle. The buildings reached 90% sold in March of 2021 with the remaining 10% sold by mid-May.

Fortune Development Sales will lead efforts in selling the 81 units purchased. They along with KAR Properties has chosen to invest in Swire Properties as they believe in their residence’s prime location and elite quality. Though the units are sold, they will continue to be managed by KW Management who will provide residents with the vibrant and modern residential living environment they have come to expect.
