According to the Redfin blog, Grammer has unloaded one of his many homes, though he still has three homes he shares ownership with ex-wife Camille Grammer. The Beverly Hills home that he just sold was one he purchased in April 2012 with new wife Kayte Walsh for $6.5 million. The Spanish Colonial-style home includes “wood-beamed ceilings, arched windows and Spanish tile.” Within the 6,000 square feet of living space, there are fived bedrooms and 6.5 baths. Grammar reportedly attempted to rent the home out for $30,000 per month, but recently found a buyer willing to pay $6.7 million.

Grammer currently has a Malibu home on the market for $14.9 million and a property in Beaver Creek, Colorado for $6.9 million.
