Electronic music artist Zedd has been ranked by Forbes as one of the highest paid DJs in the world. He previously has collaborated with famed stars such as Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomez. The Grammy winner has also reigned victorious on the real estate front as he acquired a $16 million Beverly Hills mansion in 2018. TAriana Grande, Katy Perry, and Selena Gomezhe residence was newly built two years prior and listed on the market for as much as $25 million. After his purchase at a significantly reduced price, the musician invited Architectural Digest into his home to showcase the lavish space. Now, after three years of residence, Zedd is preparing to bid farewell to his luxe mansion as he has recently listed the property for $26.5 million.

Built in 2016, Zedd fondly describes the contemporary Beverly Hills home as “modern and slick, but really warm.” The extravagant space spans 11,043 square feet and includes five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and three half-bathrooms. The interior layout opens to a great room with double-height ceilings, an atrium with fountain, and lush greenery. Further into the home, the open kitchen is equipped with a preparation area, pantry, and access to the adjacent dining room. Upstairs, the spacious master suite fills the entire second floor offering a cozy fireplace, two walk-in closets, a bathroom with steam shower, and a private terrace with picturesque views of the cityscape below. Ellen DeGeneres and her wife, Portia de Rossi, are no strangers to the real estate business as they are frequently involved in purchasing, renovating, and selling homes. Since 2003, the talk show host has reportedly owned 20 properties. DeGeneres and de Rossi currently appear to be gravitating towards the Montecito beach town as they have bid farewell to their Beverly Hills mansion for $45 million, their last remaining property in Los Angeles. Within the past year, the celebrity duo purchased two separate properties in Santa Barbara. The newest addition to their real estate catalog is a petite bungalow style residence purchased at a price of $2.9 million. The nearby community is also home to other renowned names such as Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, Ariana Grande, Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry, Oprah Winfrey and Rob Lowe.

A short distance from Butterfly Beach, DeGeneres and de Rossi’s newfound residence spans 1,691 square feet and less than an acre of land. The single-story, midcentury modern style home includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The humble abode highlights a seamless indoor-outdoor flow with glass doors and walls fitting for California. The sleek minimalist kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, cherry wood cabinetry, and stone center island. The cooking area leads to a sun-drenched living room with fireplace. Down the hall, the primary suite is privately tucked away and offers a walk-in closet, Bali-esque bathroom with freestanding tub, and sliding glass doors leading to a spacious patio. In 2018, Perry purchased the Beverly Hills residence to accompany her nearby abode at a price of $7.47 million. The presumed reason as to why Perry acquired the property was to provide extra space for guests or visitors while still remaining within the gated community of Hidden Valley. However, in 2020, Perry decided to bid farewell to her additional property and placed her guesthouse on the market for nearly $8 million. As the listing price failed to attract prospective buyers, the price was reduced to $7.85 million in January. In March, the price was once more lowered to $7.7 million. By early May, a buyer was secured, and the real estate deal was closed at $7.45 million.

Built in 1960, the 4,400 square foot traditional residence has been renovated throughout the years and spans roughly one acre of land. The estate features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Beyond the gated walls, the home opens to a spacious living area equipped with a fireplace and French doors leading to the outdoor space. The formal dining room opens to a terrace and overlooks the exterior grounds. The chef’s kitchen highlights a center island, breakfast area, and fireplace. Additionally, the interior layout of the main floor includes a family room, media room, built-in bar, and two ensuite bedrooms. Upstairs, the master suite spans an entire wing with a veranda, two walk-in closets, seating area, and sunlit bathroom with tub. The opposite wing of the upper level includes an ensuite bedroom, office, and gym. Stepping outside, the home’s landscaped grounds the feature a picturesque lawn, pool, and lounge areas.

The couple originally bought their new home last fall after their engagement but have spent the past few months moving into the new address. The six-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate spans 7,167 square feet and sits on 9 acres of land and spans four parcels. Santa Barbara architects, Edwards and Plunkett, designed and built the home in 1934. It was then later renovated by Lutah Maria Riggs, the first woman to be named a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.

Although Perry and Bloom have added a few renovations to the estate, most of its original aesthetic still remains. The Mediterranean-style home stands three stories tall, featuring a grand rotunda entryway. The main level including a living room, formal dining room, open kitchen and breakfast room, as well as an outdoor dining space.

Upstairs holds the main suite, which occupies more than half of the upper level. Some of the amenities included are the wood-burning fireplace, two bathrooms, a large custom-fitted dressing room, a separate walk-in closet, and a private patio which overlooks the rest of the property and the Pacific Ocean. The private office and conference room are located on the lower level.

The home also holds a guesthouse, a detached four-car garage, a pool house with two additional bedrooms, and a full-size tennis court.

Pop singer Katy Perry is demonstrating her admiration for California by purchasing multiple Hollywood Hills homes totaling $11.2 million.

Perry recently purchased two properties on three adjoining lots in the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles. According to The Huffington Post, Perry purchased the land, which “tops the acreage scales at about four” lots, from oil heiress Aileen Getty.

Of the two homes, the smaller mid-century modern residence was once owned by Conan O’Brien band leader Max Weinberg and Jake Gyllenhall’s parents. The Huffington Post also reports that her manager Bernie Gudvi is listed as the trustee on the properties, and is also on at least one other property she owns in Los Feliz.

According to Zillow, property records show that Weinberg’s former 2,916-square-foot home was purchased for $3 million and features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows, outdoor living spaces, high-end appliances in the kitchen and new bath features.

Katy Perry purchased the $6.5 million dollar home but is attempting to flip it for $8 million. Other celeb homes like that of Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian seemed to sell pretty quickly, but this 8,835 sq. ft. residence hasn’t had the same luck.

The Mediterranean-style mansion is complete with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a formal living room, an artsy foyer, and an incredible terrace with handcrafted in-ground pool…what’s not to love?

Shortly after her split from Brand, Perry put the condo on the market in February for $2.75 million. The condo has finally found a buyer at $2.62 million.

The Moore Street duplex features a terrace with a beautiful southern view and inside it is dominated by wood beam ceilings. A cherry-wood staircase offers passage from a living room to the master bedroom both filled with natural light. The condo includes one other bedroom.

Perry paid $2.68 million for the property in 2010.
