Eric Fordin is a Vice President at The Related Group. His commercial real estate experience spans more than 21 years, with specialization in the acquisition, entitlement, development, financing, sales, and marketing of multifamily and mixed use development projects.

Last night, in Miami, KAR Properties LLC, 2000 Ocean’s New York-based developer, celebrated the sales launch as well as the grand opening of the innovative gallery for the beachfront high-rise, which is the sole new development north of Golden Beach.

The 5,000sq. ft. gallery showcased a 7.5-foot scale model of the residential tower and utilized virtual reality to render the opulently designed residences.
