Popstar Joe Jonas and actress Sophie Turner have busy careers as public figures as well as parents to their baby Willa. Recently, the 32-year-old musician and 25-year-old movie star have also been delving into the real estate realm.  The couple who married in 2019 first purchased a $5.6 million loft in New York City which they eventually sold a few months ago at $5.4 million. In June, the duo also listed their Encino, California abode for $16.75 million. Now, Jonas and Turner are on the purchasing end of real estate deals with a newfound mansion in Miami, Florida. The residence originally belonged to legendary Cuban American musician Willy Chirino and was listed for $12 million but eventually was sold to Jonas and Turner for $11 million.

Built in 1980, Jonas and Turner are now located in the posh community of Bay Point with a property spanning 10,416 square feet with six bedrooms and 8.5 baths. The three-story home opens to spacious living area with 30 feet high walls. The lavish all white kitchen is equipped with Calacatta marble counters that waterfall off the island. The master suite also highlights Calacatta marble with dual bathrooms, a private gym, and spa with sauna and steam room. The space offers entertainment options such as a climate-controlled wine cellar and bar dressed in coral stone. The interior aesthetic of the home presents a “truly unique residence is where Aspen meets Miami.” Stepping outside, the lavish waterfront exterior presents a swimming pool, spa, koi pond, and lush gardens.

In November of 2019, six months after their marriage, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner purchased a home in the exclusive Royal Oaks neighborhood of Los Angeles suburb Encino for $14.1 million. Similarly, Joe’s brother Nick Jonas and his wife, Priyanka Chopra, purchased a property in the same year located a mere three miles away. Two-thirds of the Jonas Brothers have put down roots in California, precisely the Los Angeles suburb of Encino. Joe and Sophie specifically "invested significant resources into the house" renovating the space to evoke the feel of a "high-end boutique hotel." However, after only 18 months of residence, the duo have listed their stylish home on the market. On Tuesday, the property was reportedly listed by Carl Gambino of Compass for a price of $16.75 million. The reason as to why the celebrity couple are selling their Encino home and where are will reside in the future is unknown.

Located in the upscale Royal Oaks area, the picturesque property spans 15,000 square feet with nine bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The home encapsulates a contemporary aesthetic with an open-floor layout and decorative elements of European cabinetry, raised ceilings, wood, and stone. The spacious living area features a stone fireplace, wall of bookcases, and sliding glass doors leading to the exterior space. The formal dining room highlights glamorous chandeliers and sits adjacent to the wine cellar. The upscale kitchen is equipped with ultramodern appliances and long breakfast bar seating seven.

The luxe primary suite includes a living area with fireplace, dressing room, walk-in closet, two balconies, and spa-like bathroom with standalone tub, shower, and custom vanities. In addition to the main house, the property also features a two-bedroom guesthouse. Stepping outside, the garden presents lush landscaping, putting greens, lap pool with jacuzzi, and seating area wrapped around an oak tree. Other perks of the San Fernando Valley home include an additional kitchen, office, gym, home theater, wood-paneled bar, hair salon, aquarium, and four car garage.
