Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were once Hollywood's golden couple and while the former couple has moved on, their exquisite taste in real estate still holds strong. Now, a Beverly Hills mansion previously owned by the iconic 90s couple has hit the market for $49 million. Designed by Southern California architect Wallace Neff, the stunning home features a dining room that seats up to 20, a bar room, projector room, a gym, resort-like pool and an outdoor area with a fireplace. Originally built in 1934 for Fredric March, a two-time Academy Award-winning actor, Aniston and Pitt remodeled the home during their ownership of the property to include a state-of-the-art tennis court and a guest house. The 12,000 square feet property is situated in the heart of Beverly Hills, one of Southern California's most coveted and upscale neighborhoods. The ultra-luxe estate boasts 12 bathrooms and a private spa, among other amenities and features that make this home one of the most luxurious listings on the market. Both Aniston and Pitt have taken a keen interest in real estate throughout the years with both actors owning several properties across the world. The home was originally purchased by the former couple in 2001 for $12.5 million.

Bob Newhart Lists $15.5M Wallace Neff Estate

Bob Newhart recently listed his Los Angeles Wallace Neff-designed home for a cool $15.5M. Newhart previously listed the home in 2009 for $18.9, but it seems he’s come forward with a more realistic number.

This gorgeous estate has undergone extensive renovations and expansions, and it features 6.25 baths, five bedrooms and 9,100 sq. ft. of living space. Located on over an acre of pristinely landscaped grounds, the French Country design also boasts a large master suite, cook’s kitchen, maid’s quarters, massive walk-in closets, a lagoon pool and a covered outdoor area for entertaining.

Designer Wallace Neff has created many luxury homes for celebrities including Madonna, Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt, Rupert Murdoch and more.

Jennifer Aniston Stresses: $21M LA Mansion Still Unfinished

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are soon to be married, which means time is running out to get their beautiful $21M Bel Air mansion renovation completed. It’s rumored the couple hopes to hold the celebrity wedding at their own home, making matters even more stressful.

The home, designed by A. Quincy Jones, is undergoing renovations involving the poolhouse, master bedroom, kitchen, and a new carport, library, and wooden deck. Let’s hope they get it done in time!
