Defortuna and Kingston showcased 57 Ocean, the 71-home boutique building set along Millionaire’s Row between Atlantic Heights and Mid-Beach in Miami Beach, and its $35-million penthouse. "The concept is to really connect with nature and to provide a healthy lifestyle in all aspects to the consumer that is the user of this property," said Defortuna, whose team at Fortune Development Sales is the exclusive broker of 57 Ocean.

"We are very proud about this rooftop penthouse where you can enjoy 360 views of Miami, the ocean and Intercoastal Waterway, and in pretty much 15,000 square feet (8,000 indoor, 7,000 outdoor), which is really unique, wrapping up the whole unit in one single floor," said Kingston. "We set the ocean as the front stage of any moment within the building. When the thought about the project and inspiration for the penthouse, we were trying to create special touchpoints and special moments within that space."

Boisson Aries gave a Big Apple-worthy presentation of the $34 million penthouse at One Beacon Court, including the never-ending views of New York City. "If you're going to be in New York, you want to have the most spectacular views," she said. "Vertically, we go north as far as the eye can see. Horizontally, (the views from the penthouse) goes from the East River all the way to New Jersey and beyond. There are great views in New York, and then there are spectacular us in New York. This one qualifies as having absolutely spectacular views. The apartment is 9,000 square feet in total and it's five bedrooms and six and a half baths. It is a duplex so it's spread over two floors. What this double-height space does is bring the entire city into your apartment."

Medeiros highlighted a stunning $46 million penthouse at 181 Fremont in San Francisco, pointing out that the photos did not do it justice since he participated in the webinar from inside the unit. "Our Grand Penthouse is nearly 7,000 square feet. It's the tallest residence west of Chicago," he said. "It includes all the furnishings and accessories. It happens to be the most expensive home in San Francisco, but it's also probably the most spectacular residence in San Francisco and, I think, the West Coast."

What we do is lay out our tax situation so that clients use the information to their benefit... The Bahamas clients come from the US, Canada, the UK, and South America. It's simple to purchase in the Bahamas. The turnaround time is 30-45 days. We help the new buyers set up bank accounts and establish accounts with the utilities... For $750,000, you can apply for permanent residency in the Bahamas, not requiring to spend a specific number of days (here)... Laurent Locchi: "(During the quarantine,) it was not really the moment for selling things. It was much more a kind of being strung together message than selling properties ... For foreigners, there is no income, capital gains, or inheritance tax, and you can be a resident by renting or buying a property... The best advantage we have is being a micro-state. The information (about COVID-19) was given in real-time, which was not really the case for other countries...Being a micro-state and having that proximity to the authorities helps. Everybody knows everybody and can share information with each other... The use of WhatsApp is incredible. I mean, the way we use WhatsApp groups (internally), for example, or just directly (with) the clients. It was really a big demand for real-time information because everything was frozen... Monaco is known for being the playground of the rich, but there's a real quality of life here in the middle of Europe with this Mediterranean climate. It is a dynamic state, always trying to reinvent itself, always welcoming to all foreigners. I know why everyone wants to live in Monaco, and I'm sure when you come here, you will know."

everywhere on the island is a short golf cart ride away. Pink Sands Beach is the best spot on the island and we have many nearby reefs for diving, excellent boating & fishing opportunities, the option to "island hop" to nearby islands and many restaurants and small boutiques for shopping. Pink Sands beach is one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches in the world. Remember you are in the Islands, so a short drive may include a boat ride, but For a day drive, one could check out the sights on Eleuthera. Like the Glass window bridge. Jump into Saffire hole, a cool cliff diving spot on Eleuthera (it's an Island secret), as well as Preachers Cave. There are the world famous swimming pigs which are a short boat ride away. 

The best spot to dine fancy is...

The Dunmore overlooking the Pink Sands beach.Or the Rock House on the Harbourside. the Landing is another option that's fabulous overlooking the bay st.

The best spot to find entertainment is...

Gusty’s is an all-time favorite and has been the go-to spot for years. Daddy Ds is another popular night spot. 

The best spot to go shopping is...

there are so many wonderful boutiques in Harbour Island that it's hard to choose the best one. For resort clothing such as India Hicks’ boutique The Sugar Mill, Dake’s Shop, The Blue Rooster as well as Ms. Mays.

The best place to tee off is -

no golf on the island….A morning flight to Baha Mar, and back before sundown!

The country's most expensive housing project will include 39 of the homes at a minimum price of 10 million pounds.

While the homes of the Mentougou estate are expected to be turn-key ready next year there is some anxiety over whether the homes will have any buyers.

Already in China experts say there are around 64 million unoccupied homes and according to the Chinese government many are priced between 30 and 50 percent over their market value.

In 2010, the government put new regulations in place that will slow unnecessary development by limiting residents to ownership of one home.

Investors in the Beijing development are optimistic about the new homes saying that the property restrictions are easily circumvented and that these homes will cater to wealthy residents who can afford the homes.
