Conceptualized by architect Rene Gonzalez, the modern structure—which is made of fritted, patterned glass—has reportedly sold out its 10 luxury homes at a record pace. And now that its onsite sales center is no longer needed, the space has been transformed into a lounge exclusively for the building's soon-to-be residents.

Created to cater to the luxury buyers while their residences are still under construction, the lavish lounge embodies all the plush address has to offer. A carbon copy of a full unit, it comes complete with a full kitchen and access to building's plethora of amenities.

Adorned with art by British artist Tracey Emin and Brazilian sculptor/painter Saint Clair Cemin, the private space can be used a place where buyers may meet with the architect designing their respective units, host private bashes, and mingle with their future neighbors.

The first event that will officially be held in the luxe spot will be a special dinner in early October, during which residents will have the chance to meet Cemin in the flesh.

Designed in collaboration with architect Rene Gonzalez, the exquisite edifice seems to dematerialize as it rises, with its exterior facade seemingly "disappearing" into the sky due to its sleek fritted and patterned glass composition.

The stunning building showcases floor-to-ceiling schematics, along with 100-foot long glass windows with 8-foot deep terraces that overlook spectacular 360-degree city and ocean views.
