The Aston Martin Residences Miami has won a total of eight awards at the International Property Awards. Developer G&G Business Developments was honored to accept these prestigious awards for their first luxury residential development.

Two of the Property Awards won by the Aston Martin Residences were international, including: Best International Apartment/Condominium and Best International Residential High-Rise Development. The other six awards were regional, and they include: Best Residential High Rise Development Florida, Best Residential High Rise Development USA, Best Apartment/Condominium Florida, Best Apartment/ Condominium USA, Best Residential High Rise Architecture Florida, and Best Residential High Rise Architecture USA.

The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement in the property and real estate industry. A panel of over 80 judges selected the Aston Martin Residences to receive eight of the coveted awards. G&G Business Developments triumphed over formidable competition from around the world.

The 66-story sail-shaped tower is just days away from receiving the first Aston Martin customer DBX to cross the Atlantic Ocean to the Americas.

The real estate talk followed the latest edition of "Decanted," the fine spirits webinar series curated by Haute Wine, which featured Cyril Bollinger, a sixth-generation member of the Bollinger family who has worked in the wine industry for the last 14 years. He was hosted by Haute Living's Laura Schreffler. Designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Miani Anger, the 391-condominium building is to soar in curvilinear glass and steel in the shape of a giant sail. It will boast seven penthouses and a single duplex penthouse, which will come with private pools and expansive balconies, as well as a gamut of one and four-bedroom apartments. Situated on one of the few remaining developable parcels in downtown Miami, all units are to flaunt striking vistas of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean as well as splendid living spaces.

The interior and the amenity spaces throughout Aston Martin Residences are to come out of the car manufacturer’s design team, under the leadership of EVP and Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman. Evoking the high-end aesthetics of Aston Martin super vehicles, highlights will include kestrel tan leather door tabs, bespoke Aston Martin door handles and number plinths.

Aside from the opulence of their own homes, residents will also enjoy a four-story, 42,000 sq. ft.
