Miami is about to get hotter: the luxurious NoMad Hotel chain, owned by Sydell Group, has just announced its foray into the residential market with the upcoming NoMad Residences Wynwood. Set to be located in Miami’s iconic Wynwood neighborhood, the development of the project will be headed by the Miami-based Related Group and the Manhattan-based developer Tricap. 

Worldwide, NoMad Hotels has established itself as the standard with its highly personalized approach to hospitality and artful view of what it means to be a hotel. NoMad Residences Wynwood is bringing this unique hospitality that has become synonymous with the NoMad Hotel brand to a residential experience.
