Seven years later, Cruise successfully relisted and sold the property at $39.5 million in only two months. Throughout the years, the Colorado ranch has served as a distinguishable location in Cruise’s career as the backdrop for his Vanity Fair profile in 2006 and his Oprah interview in 2008. Reportedly, Cruise is no longer in use of this property as his primary residence which is the presumed reason for his listing.
