Recently, Peninsula Papagayo had its opening day of sales for its newest development – the Ritz-Carlton Reserve. The newest Ritz Reserve has been given the name Nekajui, which is the Chorotega word for garden. Set for completion in the summer of 2024, the Nekajui resort has been designed with nature enthusiasts and adventurers in mind — for those with a desire to escape the trappings of everyday life, Peninsula Papagayo’s newest development is just the ticket. 

Nekajui will mark the fourth eco-luxury centered residence developed by Peninsula Papagayo and will border the awe-inspiring, 350,000 acre Guanacaste Conservation Area. The homes come professionally furnished and are ready for clients upon arrival. Full access to both the Nekajui and Peninsula Papagayo’s amenities and services is also provided to owners.
