<p>Nick Rivera Caminero, more notably recognized as singer-songwriter and rapper Nicky Jam, is deemed as one of the pioneers of the reggaeton genre. He has collaborated with artists such as J Balvin and Daddy Yankee and in August, released his most recent album titled "Infinity." Earlier this year, the musician sold his Palm Island home for $3.1 million. Now, he is making news once again for another real estate deal.</p>
<p>Mere months after parting ways with Palm Island, Caminero has purchased a $6 million unit at One Thousand Museum. State records show the sale was executed through Green House Domestic Holdings Four LLC. Designed by the late Pritzker prize winning architect Zaha Hadid, the luxury condominium complex is reportedly the most photographed high rise in downtown Miami. In 2019, Caminero’s newfound unit was previously sold for $4.5 million. Other notable residents of the luxury tower include David and Victoria Beckham and hospitality entrepreneur David Grutman.</p>
<p>Located in downtown Miami, Caminero’s One Thousand Museum unit spans half the size of his floor at 4,600 square feet. The extravagant space features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The interior highlights a minimalistic bathroom, Italian designed walk-in closets, and state of the art home automation and lighting designed by German light designer Uli Petzold, For a seamless indoor and outdoor flow, the space offers an oversized terrace overlooking the beautiful Biscayne Bay. Luxe amenities of One Thousand Museum include an aquatic center with indoor pool, sky lounge, private rooftop helipad, 24-hour security, and valet staff.</p>

<p>The luxury home and lifestyle advisor joins <strong>Paolo Visconti</strong> as The Visconti Team is launching as an independent group under the wing of one of the world's largest brokerages.</p>
<p>“We decided to work together because we complement each other very well," says Llanes. "I consider myself an excellent relationship-builder, while Paolo is an amazing negotiator.”</p>
<p>The duo met at an open house and instantly clicked. She previously helped him market a Miami Beach listing at <a href="https://dev.hauteresidence.com/murano-portonino-home-south-beach-claudia-llanes/">Murano</a>. After doing several deals together, they decided to join forces under the Douglas Elliman umbrella. Just days from officially launching their team, Llanes and Visconti have already landed two exclusive listings at PARAMOUNT and Vizcayne, as well as two sales.</p>
<p>“I’m genuinely excited to start this new venture with Claudia," says Visconti. "I’m proud to have been servicing my clients for 16 years and look forward to continuing to do the same with her support.”</p>

<p>De la Vega is President of ONE Sotheby's where, among other projects, he and his team have led the way in sales as the exclusive broker of the ultra-luxury development <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://dev.hauteresidence.com/one-thousand-museum-secures-inventory-loan-record-breaking-sales/">One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid Architects</a></span> in Downtown Miami. <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.annasherrill.com/">Sherrill</a></span> sold a unit at <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="http://www.1000museum.com/">One Thousand Museum</a></span> to start 2021 with a bang; she has sold multiple apartments in the building. <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.paolamarulanda.com/">Marulanda</a></span> recently <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://dev.hauteresidence.com/paola-marulanda-closes-sale-beach-house-sofi/">closed her sale of the $15 million Beach House</a></span> in the South of Fifth area of Miami Beach.</p>
<p>This webinar marks the first anniversary since <em>Haute Residence</em> began its exclusive and industry-leading webinars on the latest in real estate, featuring top agents from around the world, developers, and interior designers. <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://dev.hauteresidence.com/webinar-one-sothebys-international-realty-daniel-de-la-vega-real-estate-in-age-covid-19/">De la Vega was the first featured guest</a></span> in <em>Haute Residence's</em> webinars, which took place as the lockdown measures were being implemented throughout the U.S. and worldwide.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Highlight quotes:</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Daniel de la Vega</strong>: "[At this point last year,] I don't think anybody had real estate on their mind. Their family and their friends and their well-being were really everybody's priorities. Overall, personally and professionally, gratefulness is a word that continues to come to mind for me.</p>
<p>"We prepared for the worst, but we had an incredible year. We all believed that Florida and South Florida were always undervalued, but we did not think people would come here in the way they're coming. This is the Great Migration from the Northeast, just within the last year. We projected to finish the year down almost 70%; that's where we were budgeting. We took our budgets from 2019 to 2020 and completely scraped them and said, 'All right, these are the new budgets and we're going to be down 70%.' We actually ended up finishing the year in 2020 up 30%, and that was with an abysmal March, April, and May. Things started to pick up at the end of May and June. Everybody came together, all of our incredible agents, in a way that not many companies did it. It's a testament to our entire leadership team and to the grit that everybody has in this company. We've got some even more incredible announcements and things that we're going to be doing here in 2021, so it's been far beyond all of our wildest dreams... Understanding the client is so important. As agents, we start to sell, but it's the opposite. You want to engage with clients at an early stage by asking and listening.</p>
<p>"One Thousand Museum is more than just the crown jewel of Downtown Miami; it's the crown jewel of Miami. We did over $100 million last year, and on pace to do over $50 million right now. We're negotiating two major major deals. At the end of the day, it boils down to the product. Our sales team is, bar none, one of the best in the industry, but the product that the developers built is the best product that's out in the market. When you look at the finishes and when you look at the quality, it's just superior to so much else that's out there. When people walk it they feel it now, they see it, and they smell it. They get emotions that create an attachment that makes them want to buy. The amenities are out of this world, the views are out of this world. So, it's been an incredible experience and it will continue to be throughout the sellout."</p>
<p><strong>Anna Sherrill</strong>: "I saw people helping each other with small businesses. Just watching our community become stronger, within Sotheby's, within my family, and within Miami Beach where I live was special for me... Nobody would have imagined right the weird have, during the pandemic, to have such a peak in luxury sales right. It was amazing and the beginning of this year, for me, was even stronger than the entire year of last year. Sellers are definitely still wanting to sell because this market is is a very strong and hot market. If you have the right property in the right location and priced right, there's no reason you won't have sold very quickly. I feel like we still have a huge amount of buyers that want to be here. A lot of people that have rented are looking for their place to call home, so I still have several buyers looking, and quite a few people that will be here in the future, or are here now and ready to buy.</p>
<p>"Supply and demand is the biggest difference [between 2020 and 2021]. The buyers shifted. It used to be just a lot of the Northeast and we used to get more of an international crowd, but in the last year, we have seen people come from Illinois, North and Southern California, and other areas. Our supply has gone down from several months of inventory in houses and condos to a few months. The good stuff is days on the market and gets multiple offers. It's a different market. I have been in real estate for 21 years and have never seen this kind of market. As long as you're communicating, managing people's expectations, and both sides are doing the right thing, you can get deals done and make everybody happy."</p>
<p><strong>Paola Marulanda</strong>: "We really need to be there with our hearts for people. We cannot possibly understand what everybody's going through, so we need to listen. And we need to put our hearts first, and that's what allows us to understand how we can serve people who are still emotionally unequipped for such a massive change for all the things that were happening. Empathy was definitely my best friend through this and what allowed me, I think, to succeed a lot and to keep being a source of comfort and help people to make good decisions.</p>
<p>"We are seeing people who are not moving quickly and not accepting what's happening are either losing out or progressively missing opportunities. A lot of sellers are having second thoughts about selling because they think, 'Even if I profit this much, now where do I go?' because the inventory is so competitive. People coming from the outside are used to paying such higher price points. If you're a buyer, read the numbers yourself and see what's happening from any source, not just your realtor. I don't think that this is the bubble that's that you're going to buy and then it's going to depreciate. This is just the beginning of a steady increase in the new era that Miami is experiencing, and now Miami's being discovered in a way that it was never discovered before."</p>
<p>On her sale of the Beach House in South of Fifth, "This buyer was the perfect person to live here and was exactly who we were targeting. He's obviously a very wealthy person. <p>With the recent pandemic sparking new demand for South Florida luxury property – particularly from wealthy out-of-market buyers lured by the region’s low taxes and tropical weather – <a href="https://www.cmcgroupmiami.com/">CMC Group</a> has unveiled the last remaining upper penthouse at its newly completed <a href="http://www.brickellflatiron.com/">Brickell Flatiron</a> tower in Downtown Miami. The 64-story tower’s developer, Milan-born Ugo Colombo, has decided to put the developer-owned “turn-key” unit on the market after successfully closing more than $30 million in penthouse sales in 2020. Thoughtful design elements include matte Venetian plaster and a custom glass staircase. The Italian-made kitchen from acclaimed maker Snaidero’s top tier “Elegante” collection features natural reclaimed wood, illuminated cabinets, custom-engineered stone countertops and a custom bar area. Top-of-the-line Miele appliances are paired with a downdraft cooktop system and a built-in wine cellar. The New York-based firm quickly became highly sought-after for its interior design and staging projects. Eisen has expanded the reach of IMG to other major markets like Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, and South Florida.</p>

The digital renderings confound the eyes of those who see them for the first time, thinking they are looking at photographs of an actually furnished space.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We welcomed Eisen for a one-on-one interview to talk about her company’s trailblazing projects as well as the collaboration she is doing with Swire Properties.</span></p>
<p><b>What was your inspiration for developing digitally staged units for Swire Properties at Rise Residences?</b></p>
<p>We wanted to bring a New York look to this development. We felt like, overall, everything was sort of looking alike on the market. With such a unique brand as Reach &amp; Rise, we wanted to bring some warmth and differentiators in[to the residences]. We were designing the space during COVID and the thing that made sense was to virtually stage it with pieces that we actually have in our inventory, and if buyers came in and loved it, we could install that exact look in a matter of weeks.</p>

<p><b>HR: Why do you think new development projects in South Florida like <a href="https://www.brickellcitycentre.com/">Brickell City Centre</a> are choosing to work with a New York-based design firm?</b></p>
<p>CE: The enormous insurgence of New Yorkers fleeing to Florida. They are used to a certain edge in terms of design, and we brought that to South Florida, to Reach &amp; Rise, and are attracting the New York buyer. In addition to that, the goal was to, again, differentiate what is in Reach &amp; Rise versus every other condo in South Florida which is like, “white on white on white.” We have brought in a New York vibe with some textures, large modern art, and unique light fixtures that create a “wow” moment, and something that looks completely different when you are searching online for listings. These really stand out and capture the eye. That is the goal in marketing.</p>
<p><b>HR: What impact did 2020 have on your projects? More? Bigger?</b></p>
<p>CE: In New York, it was different than in Florida. People were afraid to have anyone come into their buildings or into their homes, creating a real challenge in terms of installing furniture into spaces. We had to pivot very quickly and come up with virtual designs because they still had to sell. So we created a completely unique virtual inventory of our own products. We had to market them in a way that represented their unique look and design style. In addition to that, we have several digital marketing tools within these renderings that enable a buyer to have an immersive experience. We can do 360’s, a virtual tour with goggles, or just on the screen. The best we could do, if we could not sell furniture in a space while a buyer walks around, was to install a digital visualization so that they can go online and get a sense of what it is like to be in that unit; to live in that unit; to function in that unit.</p>
<p><b>HR: Homes had to sell and you needed to bring them to life. Do you have a success story that you can share with us?</b></p>
<p>CE: We worked with a very well-known South Florida agent to digitally design a unit on Prive Island. It was beautiful but completely empty; very cold and austere We digitally furnished it beautifully, and within 12 days on the market, it sold and the buyers were interested in buying the virtual furniture. That was a very fast deal and it was definitely thanks to the virtual staging, which gave the empty space a real feeling of home and luxury.</p>

<p><b>HR: For the luxury buyer, Florida is usually a 2nd home market. How do turn-key homes attract these high-end residents?</b></p>
<p>CE: Now more than ever- with furniture hard to get because of the domino effect that happened with manufacturing and distribution overseas, and even locally- it makes more sense just to move right into a furnished space, especially if it is your vacation home. Why spend a year searching for furniture, going into furniture stores and have a designer help you shop piece by piece? In other words, COVID has changed everything, the way we buy and the way we think about homes. It makes sense, not only for secondary homes, vacation homes, but it is also happening more and more in New York and other markets.</p>
<p><b>HR: Are you expanding to South Florida and to other markets as you said?</b></p>
<p>CE: We are. There are some definite growth areas all over the country. Boston was a huge growth area this year and so was San Francisco. We can service any city, any state in the United States. We have done projects in Green Bay, Wisconsin. We are doing a building in Seattle, and we have worked in LA, but we’ve been working in the South Florida area for a few years now; it’s one of our favorite secondary markets.</p>
<p><b></b><b>HR: You have had signature projects over the years, including at the Visionaire, the Puck Penthouses, and multiple projects that have been featured on TV shows like "Million Dollar Listing" and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians". Having set the bar high for yourself, what did you challenge yourself to do for your major South Florida debut?</b></p>
<p>CE: We are probably the best-known brand in the New York metro area. So, yes I agree. In South Florida, a lot of brokers that work in both markets know of us, but we wanted to come in and bring the same level of brand recognition and elevated style to South Florida. We wanted to come in with a big splash. The first project we did in South Florida was the largest penthouse in South Beach. The asking price was $50 million and it was an enormous triplex. It was a resale, so it was a huge before-and-after impact, but it was not a brand new development. The views were gorgeous, the space was beautiful. There are very few stagers and interior designers in South Florida. There are probably the top three that everyone knows and they design and stage every property, of which there are many. It is hard to have things look different when it is the top three players staging and designing everything. Our unique look came in to be completely different than everyone else’s, and that was really the goal. I think we have achieved that.</p>

<p><b>HR: How has the pandemic affected the furniture supply lines and how have you adjusted?</b></p>
<p>CE: Luckily, we had started buying product in bulk overseas a couple of years ago so we have a pretty substantial inventory. We also started designing our own product- which we also have a significant inventory of- so our stuff is unique and in our warehouse. However, as soon as the pandemic hit, it hit first in China, and that is where most people, -between China and Italy- get their furniture. So the supply chain and manufacturing came to a complete halt for a while, creating a sort of domino effect across the rest of the industry as everyone was figuring out how to recover and how to function. When you cannot buy furniture, you are stuck with whatever you have on hand. We are lucky to have a large inventory on hand so we have been okay with it, but everyone else in the industry seems to be hurting for product. In normal circumstances, if you try to buy furniture, it is probably anywhere from two to twelve weeks [to receive]. Right now, it is six months out before you receive your product. That will continue to be a lag for a few more months as things get back into the swing in those countries. But yes, it was a huge challenge and created a huge ripple effect.</p>
<p><b>HR: Would you want to create a completely new style for Miami? Your signature is New York but what about a Miami IMG style?</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">CE: Absolutely, we would love to create a signature style that was specific to the Miami market. Brickell feels like Manhattan as much as possible and that is why I love staying in Brickell whenever I come to Miami. That already has a sense of our vibe. It is very city-like, very Manhattan but then out in the suburbs are houses. There seem to be two types of houses right now in terms of architecture. We want to create some visual distinction in those two styles by creating a unique interior. Again, there are about three main designers out there [in Miami]. We are coming in with a completely differentiated look and taking those two standard architectural styles to create something completely new with them by differentiating the interiors with our IMG New York City-type of look.</span></p>

<p><b>HR: Do you feel as if the adjustments to digitally staging units will be the future of design? Or will there be a shift back to the more classical style of staging and designing?</b></p>
<p>CE: I think that is where we were headed to an extent, but I think it accelerated that process. Virtual staging or digital rendering in a marketing sense is the opener, it catches people’s eyes and it makes them want to come to the space to see it. The closer is the staging in person because when you are in love with the space that you saw digitally and you show up to an empty space, there is a letdown and, “Where is that space that I fell in love with?” But if you can show up and see that same space in person and fall in love with it and move right in, that is the closer.</p>
<p>We also have a product where you can change the floors from wood to marble and more. The wall color, the wall coverings, you can change any aspect of the home digitally by pressing a button, making your own on-site decisions immediately, which is great for developers. If you are showing the optionality for new spaces and sales offices. You can choose this cabinet, that cabinet in real time, digitally. You can see what it would look like to live in that space with different options. I think it is going in that direction, but there will always be the need for the actual physical staging because A, the peace of moving right in and B, because when you show up, you do want to feel that warmth of just moving right in and having a home versus an empty space.</p>
<p><b>HR: So, the digital staging helps to get to the closing stage as you mentioned, right?</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">CE: You capture their attention. That makes them want to come in and see the space in person. It brings people in which is very important; it is step one. The closer has to be when they get there, when they open the door to have that emotional reaction, “Wow, this is where I want to be.”</span></p>

<p><b>HR: What tools or products do you have to streamline the staging process, and what reactions do you get from the buyers?</b></p>
<p>CE: We have a new product called Rendered-to-Reality, which we created to help get a home on the market quickly. We render it and then when we stage it in person a couple of weeks later. People are pretty shocked when they walk in and it literally is a seamless transition from the digital rendering to what they see in person. If they have come to see it, it is because they loved the rendering, and when they walk in, it is exactly what they saw in the rendering. They are really floored by that.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>H</strong></span><b>R: How do you feel about working with Swire Properties and its residences?</b></p>
<p>CE: Swire is amazing. These buildings [Reach and Rise] are next level. They have built this whole city in Brickell, and it is so modern, warm, and elevated. It is just so impressive how they have built an entire community with these beautiful buildings and with wellness in mind.</p>

<p>The Brazilian architect and interior designer curated the penthouse targeting the sophisticated and worldly buyers that have descended upon Brickell, the cosmopolitan center of South Florida, in the last decade. Malouf used dark wood-toned furniture. With touches of grey, golds, blues, and greens, the duplex residence breathes and shines. He also added wood to the walls for a cozy effect. <p>Rising 62 stories above Miami’s preeminent Brickell neighborhood, Brickell Flatiron’s duplex penthouse spans 4,633 square feet of interior space with terraces extending from all rooms. The grand two-story residence features 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a vast 20-foot double-height living area enveloped by expansive north and east cityscape and water views. The fully finished “townhome in the sky” has been meticulously designed by Cogul and enriched with beautifully curated accessories by <a href="https://nestcasa.com/">Nest Casa</a>.</p>

<p>Contrasting materials, vibrant hues, and playful lines were incorporated into a unique design aimed at complimenting the expansive views of the Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Wood panels, louvered walls throughout the main living spaces create a sense of warmth and integrity, while calling attention to the natural light and wide-open views coming from the two-story floor-to-ceiling windows. Thoughtful design elements include matte Venetian plaster and a custom glass staircase.</p>

<p>The Italian-made kitchen from acclaimed maker Snaidero’s top tier “Elegante” collection features natural reclaimed wood, illuminated cabinets, custom-engineered stone countertops, and a custom bar area. Large-format Italian travertine tiles adorn the floors, with 10-inch wood planks in the bedrooms. <p>Louis Birdman: "There are many reasons why people move to a place like Miami or South Florida. When everything seems to get bad in other parts of the country or the world, we get a lot of people coming here... Since One Thousand Museum began, we saw price skyrocket in Miami Beach for a number of years, and then there was a slowdown, a drive for people to look off the Beach and into neighborhoods on the bay side of the water. This was a coveted site and we thought it was a good opportunity to do something that would be the top of the luxury market and to do it Downtown. We are once again seeing people from the U.S. look to South Florida, and a lot of interest in the Downtown Miami area... Miami has been a place where the rich and famous in sports and entertainment came to have fun, but now they have invested here and done well. It's something that we will see more of, hopefully... The legacy of One Thousand Museum continues to be about Zaha."</p>
<p>Daniel de la Vega: "Awareness in the progressiveness of the way we are changing the way we are doing business, and creativity; we have all progressed and become more creative in our business... When you look at Downtown Miami, the Arts and Entertainment district within it is robust with the walkability, museums, parks, and a growing population. This small area is booming and thriving... The people buying in Downtown Miami understand value, not only today but five years from now. One Thousand Museum is the crown jewel... I'm very bullish on the future of Downtown Miami and South Florida as a whole. Things are going to take a little bit of time but they'll be more robust than ever... You have to go see One Thousand Museum for yourself. It is now more successful than other buildings because the developers did such a remarkable job in finishing the building and the units."</p>
<p>Karen Elmir: "Most people are looking for buildings with less units and bigger residences; they can have a whole floor. That has been a big shift in our luxury market... The luxury rental market is doing extremely well. In Biscayne Beach, we rented a 2,700 sq. ft. unit for $11,000 for a CEO from New York. There is a lot of demand for rent. Clients are looking for larger units and paying top dollar for it... People are taking the opportunity to get good deals. I do see luxury buyers doing all-cash deals. Downtown Miami and Edgewater is the upcoming area. It's not as dense as maybe Brickell. You can buy for less dollar per square foot in the area. I would say it's the hottest area. You are minutes away from the Design District, the airport, the beach, the arts district center, which contributes to that... Downtown Miami is vibrant and full of life."</p>
<p>Harvey Daniels: "Even after COVID, I will continue to use the tools I've learned and the resources I've been able to utilize and become an expert at using. There's always a silver lining... [On his sale of a full-floor One Thousand Museum residence to the Inter Miami FC and football legend] David Beckham, like any of our buyers, can buy wherever he wants. We are in the center of the cultural area of the city, it's a private and secure building. This building was really built of that celebrity status where they have complete privacy... If you look at the cycles and areas as whole, the Downtown market is in its infancy stage. I see very good things for the market in the future. A lot of that is not just because of One Thousand Museum but everything going on around it.... High profile buyers are comfortable putting their money into a building like One Thousand Museum because they are foreseeing the future as really great. The building is legendary, and it will maintain that reputation."</p>

<p>Contrasting materials, vibrant hues, and playful lines were incorporated into a unique design aimed at complimenting the expansive views of the Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Wood panels, louvered walls throughout the main living spaces create a sense of warmth and integrity, while calling attention to the natural light and wide-open views coming from the two-story floor-to-ceiling windows. Thoughtful design elements include matte Venetian plaster and a custom glass staircase.</p>

The 736-foot-high skyscraper, located at 1000 Brickell Plaza, currently stands as the tallest condominium in Miami.</span></p>

<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Alexis Cogul Lleonart’s design model for Brickell Flatiron’s last remaining upper penthouse expands upon CMC Group and Ugo Colombo’s ethos to create livable spaces with functional yet refined interiors that feel like home. Contrasting materials, vibrant hues, and playful lines were incorporated into a unique design aimed at complimenting the expansive views of the Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. Wood panels, louvered walls throughout the main living spaces create a sense of warmth and integrity, while calling attention to the natural light and wide-open views coming from the two-story floor-to-ceiling windows. Thoughtful design elements include matte Venetian plaster and a custom glass staircase. The Italian-made kitchen from acclaimed maker Snaidero’s top tier “Elegante” collection features natural reclaimed wood, illuminated cabinets, custom engineered stone countertops and a custom bar area. Top-of-the-line Miele appliances are paired with a downdraft cooktop system and a built-in wine cellar. Large-format Italian travertine tiles adorn the floors, with 10-inch wood planks in the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a custom cove lighted ceiling with wood paneling, pendant lighting, and Lutron motorized draperies.</span></p>

On the inside, master Italian design architect <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a style="color: #0000ff;" href="http://www.iosaghini.it/"><span class="s2">Massimo Iosa Ghini</span></a> </span>uses inspiration from Revuelta’s curved façade to outline the tower’s sleek common areas and public amenity spaces, creating a seamless transition from exterior to interior.</span></span></p>

<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">The development’s privately owned permanent art collection includes a series of exclusively produced large-scale paintings and sculptures by New York artist Julian Schnabel, as well as signature pieces by Italian artist Carlos Battaglia and Italian photographer Marco Glaviano, which are displayed in the building’s grand lobby and public amenity spaces.</span></p>
<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">Amenities include a 64th-floor rooftop level with a Sky Spa, Sky Pool and Sky Gym, providing 360-degree panoramic views of the bay and downtown Miami’s glimmering cityscape. Residents may access a host of therapeutic services and other offerings including private steam, sauna and locker facilities, a 6,300 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center with Pilates, spin and aerobics studios, and a juice bar. Additional features include a resort-style lap pool and separate children’s pool on the 18th floor, private movie theater with stadium seating, billiards room and lounge, clubroom, full-time concierge and 24-hour valet parking, on-site vehicle washing and detailing, and electric car-charging stations.</span></p>

<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify;"><span class="s1" style="color: #000000;">In December 2019, CMC Group successfully repaid $236 million in construction financing just 30 days after receiving Brickell Flatiron’s Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO). The loans, which were originally issued in 2017 by Bank OZK, Broad Street (Goldman Sachs) and RFR Realty, helped fund the development of the tower.</span></p>
