Kevin O’Leary, famously known as Shark Tank’s Mr. Wonderful, visited E11EVEN Residences Beyond’s sales gallery for a Yupix virtual tour. He and his wife, Linda O’Leary, were amazed by the life-like experience of the meta-reality. E11EVEN Residences Beyond’s co-owner Marc Roberts led the tour which started on top of the tower’s helipad.

“The level of detail really is incredible. The view is unbelievably real,” O’Leary said about the experience. As Kevin and his wife toured the property and its amenities, words such as, “mind-blowing, incredible, crazy, and amazing,” were frequently used by them to express their astonishment. Kevin also acknowledged the innovative technology that was used to make this virtual reality experience possible.

E11EVEN Residences Beyond’s 30,000 square foot sales gallery features a Yupix virtual tour for pre-construction viewing of the property. Along with Kevin O’Leary, some of the gallery’s most notable visitors include NBA stars Russell Westbrook and Jusuf Nurkić, as well as social media influencers, turned professional boxers, Logan Paul and Jake Paul.

In less than 90 days, E11EVEN Residences Beyond is already more than 60% sold out. Rising 65 stories, the tower will offer 461 luxury residences starting in the mid $300,000 or equivalent cryptocurrency rate. The residences will range from 318-square-foot studios to 993-square-foot two-bedrooms. In addition to these, a presidential collection will include 1,167 to 2,762 square feet of space and penthouses starting at 2,213 square feet.

E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Miami is a one-of-a-kind lifestyle experience and destination. Developed by E11EVEN Partners and PMG, the first phase of the project includes 375 turnkey residences, and each unit is equipped with “smart building” features. The first tower is expected to be completed in 2023.
