The couple purchased the apartment for $6.25M in 2008, and it is now on the market for $8.5M with Stribling & Associates.

There's a catch though: before Duchovny can get his hands on the house keys, he'll need to pass The Ardsley's board, which rejected Mariah Carey in 1999 when she tried to buy Barbara Streisand's penthouse.

But even though Duchovny may have to charm his way into the co-op board, we're sure the three-bedroom, three-bathroom corner apartment featuring a private elevator, wood-burning fireplace, and terrace with sweeping views of Central Park is more than worth it.
